I ordered a chicharrón preparada and I would of thought that they would at least heat of the beans out of all the times I have ordered at different snack places I was shock to recieve mine with cold beans. And on top of that I ask what time of chesse it was and the lady answered in a rude way that is was white chesse I looked at her and asked is it the fresh cheese and she yes when I saw it. It was the powder one. I wont be coming back to this place.

The food was great although the wait was ridiculous!! We had to wait over an hour to get our food and we tried calling they didn’t pick up at all. Would not recommend if you don’t wanna wait long.

I am giving this place 1 Star. I would have wanted to give it no stars at all . I pulled up on to the drive thru at 9:59 pm and when I tried to order the lady working there told me it was closed at 10 pm. I told her well your sign is “open” sign is still on . She told me oh but we are already closed , I told her if it’s still on I can order she said “no we are closed”. Worst customer service ever . This was the location in la joya …so I decided to go to a completely different business that was willing to provide their customer service. So much for wanting to try new things

The best shaved ice I’ve had so far in the Valley! The ice is super smoothly shaved and the flavors are so sweet. The prices are kind of high ($2.25 for a small raspa) but I personally think it is worth it.
