The building is an older structure but the dining area appeared to be very clean. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My husband and I ordered the ACP and really liked it. We will definitely visit again to try different menu items.

First time eating there. A neighbor told me it was a really good place to chomp, but “good” was not an adequate description. Let me break it down:
1. The menu is not huge, but it’s well varied.
2. The portion sizes are good, not too large but definitely not too little.
3. The prices are good.
4. You get your food fresh.
5. Great selection of bottled drinks from the fridges.
6. Service was fast and very friendly.
6. The food is fantastic, practically home-cooked. Muy impresionante.
It immediately became one of top places to each in Wilkes County. I’ll be going back soon and probably pretty often.

If I could give this place a negative 0 I would. I ordered an ACC today and the rice tasted old and the shrimp tasted like they poured the whole salt shaker on it. I ended up not eating my food, I told the waitress after no came to check on us for 30 mins we had to flag the cashier lady down to come help us and she was annoyed that we asked her for boxes and salsa then I told her I did not like the rice she ignored me. Then we went to pay I told her again I did not like the rice it tasted old and I didn’t eat my food , she got rude with me and said it was made today and I still had to pay for my food I did not even eat. Weird if you ask me, whatever I paid but the service has went down hill really bad and the food, I used to like eating here, but I will not return.

HIGHLY recommend.
First visit was spectacular! I’ve never had pupusas until today, but they were delicious, as were the empanadas de pollo! Their fresh made pineapple juice was also delicious – only hate I didn’t found out about the place sooner! Is now officially in my rotation of regular lunch locations.

Since I and my daughter have lived among hispanic and central American peoples I thought this would be a good place to try I was seriously mistaken. I went with a couple of American Friends and my daughter who is half hispanic herself and has grown up eating central American food. I Ordered the huaraches with an elongated tortilla so thick it was heavy but had very little atop it. My American friends ordered foods I had prepared for them in the past because they knew roughly what to expect, they were both disappointed but the highlight was the kids ACP she enjoyed it with cream rather than the cheese sauce normally served at other locations she received the adult size portion which was charged appropriately when we paid our bill as the adult portion but she will have some later when she wants something before bed. The ACP being done to perfection is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I did tio well even though the service, atmosphere, and other foods were all lacking. I would recommend that they get a food truck and sell only a few items in order to perfect those before adding more to the menu.
