This place has great pupusas for very a very reasonable price. Wonderful and friendly people running it, too. Also got an amazing agua fresca which mixed fresh pineapple and melon juice!

The food was amazing and the service was great. I haven’t had pupusas this good in 15 years. I also ordered fried plantains but they were gone before I even thought about taking a picture. I could not find any imperfection in the food, but I’m sad that I’m only passing through Santa Fe and may never be back. If I’m ever back here, I will eat here again.

The food is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I felt a little out of place not being able to pronounce half of the menu, but the food is so stinking good. The fried plantain so delicious. I really don’t have a specific recommendation other than trying everything on the menu. I arrived at an off-time (2:30pm) and it took about 20 minutes to make the food, but it’s completely worth the wait.

Love this food truck! You gotta wait 15-20 mins, but it’s worth it. Spinach and cheese pupusa is my fave! And the slaw always has the right amt of heat and tang.
