Super friendly staff and huge portions for the price! I ordered 5 pupusas (chicharrón with cheese, chicken and cheese, and cheese), and they were overflowing with cheese — amazing. I also got a plantain boat with ground beef, cheese, cabbage, and sour cream, plus two passion fruit drinks. It was about $40 before tax, which is a great deal for how much food you get.
The food did take a little while, but you can tell everything is made fresh, so it’s definitely worth the wait!

My wife and i came here trying mostly all the pupusas here in the jacksonville area yesterday we went to one called pupuseria pinedas that in my opinion does not deserve that high of a review the pususas had way to much oil and the pollo con queso ones was mostly all queso(chesse) no pollo(chicken) in them so we tried this place today and WOW they blew our expectations out of the water i had the revueltas and my wife had the pollo con queso and they where amazing the flavor the ratio everything was just amazing if you are in the area i would come here every time and even if you are not in the area the drive will be worth it belive me i will keep coming back to try different things they sell because this is now going to be on of my wifes and i go to places

Never had such a bad experience at a restaurant before. I understand if they were busy but they weren’t. We were the second party in restaurant and 6 other parties after us had either ordered to-go or in-store and got their food before us. So I waited about close to an hour and a half for the food to finally come out. Hoping the food would at least taste good for the bad service and how expensive it was I went home and tried it out. Definitely the worst papusas I’ve ever had.

While there was a moment of being lost in translation, I had the BEST pupusas I’ve eaten in Jax here. It was fresh, flavorful and boy that cheese was goopin me right. I ordered the chicharon and the mix (revueltas, a word I learned even after hearing it my mouth had trouble forming). Both were fantastic. I also got the special baleada with pastor, a interesting protein choice from my previous experience with baleadas. Needless to say it was great. I will be back here for suuuuuure!

I was picking up an order and was 3rd in line. A group of people came in together and just walked in front of me like I wasn’t there. The hostess served them before me even though she saw I was clearly standing there first. I understand looking out for your own people but when it comes to business all customers are the same. Sad part is I’m also also Latino but I guess I don’t look enough like the standard to be considered an important customer.
