We’re new in town and decided to try out this quaint little place, it had great reviews so we took a short drive to check it out. We really loved it! Their steak is so flavorful, crispy, juicy and well seasoned and their steak pupusas were SO good, had those with a side of crispy yuca!!! Will absolutely be back again, this is our new fav spot

This is a little place with big flavors! Definitely a mom&pop hole in the wall vipe and we almost missed the place! Gotta peel your eyes and pay attention to the sign for it! So glad we tried and will definitely come back during our travels!

Pupusas? Hell yeah.
Pupusas in West Virginia? Even better.
Pupusas Emerita? Best I’ve had in the state.

You can’t go wrong here. We got the revueltas, beans and cheese, and the chicken. It was gone in 10 minutes, just in time for me to watch Atlético Madrid get smoked by Liverpool.

Excellent service and affordable prices.

Hidden gem in WV. Some of the best Hispanic food I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend if you’re coming back from a ski or camping trip and you’re passing through Moorefield.

We were passing by this small city and didn’t want fast food so we stopped by here. The food was very very good, las baleadas estaban muy ricas. You don’t find good baleadas just anywhere but they are worth it here. The tacos are good, pupusas are pretty good, the soup was very goood. Overall everything is good, the service was welcoming and very fast. Definitely recommend stopping by to eat. 10/10 for sure. No es usual encontrar un restaurante hispano en estas aéreas que sea bueno pero este si. Lo recomiendo por seguro!!

Was hesitant walking in but glad I did. Service was nice and polite. Made you feel welcome and was more than pleasant. No hesitation to engage in conversation or give explanations on what the dishes had to offer. True authenticity of the cuisine of El Salvadore in west virginia of all places. 10 put off 10 will definitely eat there again.

UPDATE 2/20/22
The food is still awesome; but, the the long hair in my tamale stopped me from ordering more to take home.

Took my husband and I more than 2 years to get back there; but, it was MORE than worth the wait.

If you haven’t heard of them; or never tried authentic pupusas, baleada, and other El Salvadoran & Honduran food, please give them a try.

It’s delicious!

Delicious! We stopped here on our way through town and loved it. We got pupusas, which were made to order and very good, as well as fried plantains, which my partner said were the best they’d ever had. The horchata was super great (we got a second cup to go) and the coffee and fruit shake were also very good. The woman helping us was so nice! We’ll definitely stop here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice place in Moorefield. The food took a while to arrive but it was very fresh and tasty. They were very busy so it’s understandable why it took so long. It was worth it. We had a chicken soup, some pupusas, tamales, and a side of yucca and plantains

So good. We loved the papusas (chicken and cheese and beans and cheese) as well as the Plate from Honduras. Fresh, clean, and nice service. They take credit cards and cash.
