These are some of the best pupusas I’ve had. I always get the chicharron con queso. I live in Texas so I never thought I’d find some pupusas like they make back home so I definitely enjoyed my food. They make them fresh and have plenty of filling. The only thing I wish they had was Salvadorian horchata, but the Mexican horchata was good. I also had they’re platanos con crema and they were delicious. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing! The food was fantastic. Best pupusas I’ve ever had. OK, I think I’ve been to three pupusa joints. Sit up front if you are a pupusa novice. The gentleman behind the counter took us under his wing and shared sauces and slaw with us. He even gave us the spicy stuff, I think just to watch us suffer… 🙂 The staff was kind and the place was busy. A good sign on a week night!

Had a pork and cheese pupusa and Al pastor taco. Yum! Excellent flavor, and you can help yourself to the condiment bar to fit your flavor and heat preference. Definitely will be back with friends and family.

So I stopped here for lunch while working in town for the day. I was blown away by how good the food was. The tacos are filled with meat and are on homemade corn tortillas, the Al pastor was very flavorful, the sopes are also very good and homemade but the star here is as it should be, the papusa’s!!! I had the pork and cheese and immediately in one bite you know these place has mastered the art of papusa’s. This place is a must if you are close to the area and probably worth a special trip to it as well. I’ll be back and will be ordering extras next time to take home.

I like that the food quality is always consistent. This is our go-to place for popusas. Also, the tacos are made with hand-made corn tortillas which makes them all the more tasty. Regarding the atmosphere, the restroom appears to need some work as there has been several occasions where I could barely stand the sewage smell inside. I suspect it may be a lack of venting in the plumbing. It would be nice if they could fix that soon.

Their papusas are so good! Happy to have found them in a small town like Columbus. I’m going back tomorrow to get more and to try their chicken quesadilla. The jalapeño cheese papusa was my favorite.
