This is a humble food truck offering delicious, home made Honduran and Mexican meals. Nothing fancy, they have a small covered section where 6 adults could eat comfortably.
The flavors are all there, service is superb and pricing quite correct.
If you are in Clovis NM, check them out, you won’t regret it.

That’s because they were made fresh without cutting corners. EXCELLENT quality, piping hot, and authentic meal (right down to hot sauce in a plastic bag).
