My family had an amazing, delicious dinner here tonight. The pizzas were perfection, the panini was tasty, and the tiramisu and cannoli were delicious. Eileen, our server, was very attentive and friendly. It was a really good experience!

Used to come once a month for pizza flights. Came this month and was given this. And told at first that they were always this small which I know for a fact it’s not. Then was told the kitchen manager told them to make it smaller. The biggest thing for me was the lie to my face and it wasn’t someone new she had been working their. I come all the time and the first thing she said in front the person I brought with me was it’s always that way. But to come back later and make the comment about the kitchen manager is a admittance to the fact it was different and to make me sound like I’m tripping is wild. Looked it up on Google and the pictures were how I remember. This is not 8x10as the AI says it’s supposed to be . Another crew member came in asked what was wrong I explained he apologized and said he’d let the staff know. Did nothing about the bill but admitted the pizza was wildly small. The whole situation is wild. The crust is fat and not how its supposed to be won’t be coming back here ever! It’d be differnt if they just apologized but instead she tried to make me look crazy. Terrible service. Just want to add every review I’ve given till now has been 5 stars. So you know the star is real.

Pupatella was incredible. I’m still thinking about those mozzarella bites. They were insane. Perfectly crisp on the outside and melty inside. I could have easily eaten a second basket. No regrets.
The hand tossed pizza was next level. Light, blistered crust, super fresh toppings, and you can just taste that it’s made by people who know what they’re doing.
I had the Italian Margarita and it was amazing. You could taste the fresh squeezed lime juice and the top shelf ingredients. It was super smooth and refreshing without being overly sweet. Just really well done.
The whole place had a great energy. Food came out hot, service was relaxed and friendly, and I left already wanting to come back. If you go, do not skip the mozzarella bites. Trust me..

I went there with my friend’s family because the Google reviews were good. My friend’s kids ordered pepperoni pizza from the kids menu, but when the pizza was made and served to the table, it came out the same size as a regular pizza, so we said we ordered two pepperonis from the kids menu, and the waitress said the sizes were the same and the price was the kids menu price, so we just ate, but when we checked the receipt later, we were charged the regular pizza price. And even though it was a wood-fired pizza, the bottom of the sausage pizza was so black that it was impossible to eat. I was really disappointed. I don’t want to go there again and I shouldn’t recommend this place to my friends.

This location just opened on Monday (1/8). It’s now Saturday (1/13) and I’ve eaten here three times. I’ve ordered carry-out over the phone, carry-out online, and dined in. All three experiences were great and I have zero complaints. The pizza tastes incredible and is ready very fast. The staff were understandably still in training, but very friendly and I had no issues.
I really don’t understand many of the negative reviews. They must have had a completely different experience than me. This is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. It’s thin, fluffy, and crunchy all at the same time. Made with fresh ingredients.
To get the best experience, you must eat it shortly after it comes out of the oven. Letting it sit for any time at all is detrimental to the texture.
They also have beer on draft from local breweries made specifically for Pupatella.
If you want “fast food” pizza, get that elsewhere. If you want NY style pizza, get that elsewhere. If you want fresh and certified authentic Neapolitan pizza, Pupatella is the place to get it.

Excellent wood-fired pizza! Everything about our experience was excellent. The only slight ding i will give them was the cannoli- the order I received only had the filling at each end, not in the middle/ all the way through. The staff was very accommodating and took them off our bill.
