I have been trying to order a cake for a week now. However, everytime I called to place the order, there is a language barrier and can’t place order. Ive been told since Tuesday to call back and speak with someone who speaks english and everytime I do call I’m told to call back tomorrow again. I have to say with all due respect, how do you have a business and the manager or owner doesn’t have not 1 employee who speaks english in such establishment. I literally just called again and still can’t place order. When i asked for a manager she said call back tomorrow at 7am. Thts is not good customer service at all.

I’m very disappointed in the cake I order. I spend $120. The Color and design was different to what I wanted. The cake look cheap and sloppy design. It look like a person with no experience design it. Kiddie like. Also the cake taste less than what a Tres Leche
Cake should taste like. They don’t speak English at all so it was difficult to communicate. I even write out my request in text and they still get it all wrong. The cake was medium tall and it did not stand up for long. It was embrassing looking at the occasion. I would not be ordering cakes from them again.
I was not satisfy when I pick up the cake and told them however because of the language barrier I was force to pay the price and walk away unhappy because I had no time to order from else where.
Bad business. I would suggest they have an English speaking people.

As we walked into the crowded tiny entrance of the restaurant, we seated ourselves at the back corner. Shortly after, we were given menus. The food is good and portion size is enough to tame a hungry stomach. It’s challenging to speak with staff or servers as there is a language barrier. If you are eating in, the service is mediocre. I found myself asking for utensils and plates to eat appetizers. Not sure if we were all suppose to eat from one plate but after asking for some serving plates, server returned with 1 plate.
I digress. The food took a while to make. The waitress/server did not check in during our dining. At the end, we received a bill and they charged a mandatory gratuity of 18%-20% for a service I have yet to receive. I will add this to my list of food to make so I wouldn’t have to return.

I went there with to get Tres leches cake. They have a lot of varieties and the food and it was really good and each of the cake was very good. I definitely will go back there at least three or four times a week. lol

I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service here. I called to inquire about pricing for desserts for a work event, and the person who answered was extremely unprofessional. She said, ‘I’m busy right now,’ when I asked for information. When I requested a callback, she responded with, ‘I don’t know.’ This is no way to treat potential customers. It’s clear they don’t care about gaining or keeping business.

Ordered my cake for about 60 people. Went in to pick up waited 15 minutes for it, apparently they had to go downstairs to the basement to
Grab it.. They end up saying they accidentally made it smaller then i had ordered it for. They only wanted to take $10 off from it, then offered making another cake same everything (SUPPOSEDLY) and it was not and offering to deliver it. At this point they charged us 130 instead of 175. The first one i took was tres leches and second one was not, so dry, not good at all! The women working dont even care.
