Punjabi Chap Corner at Niagara Falls is a small but really good restaurant. The food is tasty, but the best part is the service. The entire staff is extremely kind, gentle, and sweet-spoken. It feels like a family-run place, possibly by a mother-and-son duo, which adds a very warm and welcoming touch.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and there is a huge free parking area outside the restaurant, which is very convenient. They mainly serve snacks, but the main dishes are also excellent. We ordered paneer masala, dal makhni, and naan. With every dish, they also provide rumali roti or naan, which is a nice bonus. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, a great place for good food and even better service

I won’t be ordering from this place again.
I placed my first order from this location through DoorDash on Christmas Day, as I’ve previously had good experiences with other franchise locations.(London, Etobicoke & Barrie)

Items ordered:
Special Thali ($14.49): Ordered for kids. The owner mentioned it’s the “cheapest thali,” but there was nothing special about it. The kulcha was burned and completely inedible.

Shahi Paneer: Almost no paneer—best of luck finding it.
Kadhi Pakora: No pakoras at all.
Dal Makhani: Good.
Spring Rolls: Good.
Chaap Biryani: Good.

I spoke with the owner, Ritu, to share feedback about the burned kulcha and missing items in the curries. Unfortunately, she showed no interest in listening and responded rudely, saying she was “very busy.”
She then stated that they have sold many Special Thalis and had never received a complaint before. Congratulations to them—but when a customer does raise a concern, it should be handled professionally and respectfully.
I had no personal gain in making this call on stat holiday. My intention was simply to provide honest feedback that could help improve service quality and consistency. Before ending the call, she suggested issuing a refund. While a refund is appreciated, I would have preferred an effort to maintain food quality that matches the prices listed.
Disappointing experience overall.

Food was very delicious, flavourful and fresh. In appetizers, We had malai chaap and amritsari chaap . I definitely recommend. Presentation and taste was excellent.

And we had butter masala chaap and rogan josh chaap with rumaali roti and kulcha which were amazing.

This was my first visit and enjoyed it a lot. Will surely visit again.

I visited Punjabi Chaap in niagara falls yesterday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The food was incredibly delicious, flavourful, and fresh. We started with Amritsari chaap as appetizer, and it was outstanding. The presentation was excellent, and every bite was full of rich taste and authentic flavors. I would definitely recommend this starter to anyone visiting — they truly set the tone for a great meal.
Also, we had tawa chaap and rogan josh chaap with rumaali roti and everything was simply amazing. The gravies were perfectly balanced, creamy, and full of flavor, while the breads were soft and fresh. enjoyed it a lot. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I will surely be visiting again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Went out with my big family of 10 and This 5-star Indian restaurant exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped in, the aroma of freshly ground spices promised something special — and it delivered. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, with attentive staff who guided us through a well-curated menu. Every dish was a masterpiece, especially the tawa chaap— creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced! Tried their veg spring roll, Golgappas and the chaat which exceeded all the expectations again! The biryani was aromatic and packed with authentic taste, while the garlic naan was soft, buttery, and addictive. Options like paneer tikka and dal makhani were rich in flavor and cooked to perfection. Dessert was the final delight — the gulab jamun halwa melted in the mouth. What stood out most was the attention to detail and genuine passion behind the food. If you’re looking for the best Indian cuisine with fine dining service, this place is unbeatable. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I ordered peri peri chaap and peri peri chaap wrap last night, I was so disappointed. I usually love their peri peri wrap and I always ordered it, but I wanted to try just the chaap, but first quantity was so small and chaap itself was not fresh. It’s normally so soft and chewy but last night , it felt like it wasn’t fresh ,and it gave me bad stomach too. Won’t order it anymore, alteast not at night time
