If I could just say… WOW! I was more than satisfied with everything during my visit to this restaurant. We came for dinner Friday night looking for a good pizza. The restaurant has this very cozy, family friendly vibe. Once we arrived we were able to seat where we wanted as there were plenty tables available. One of the waitresses started us off with drinks right away and then another one came a couple of minutes later to get us started with appetizers. We started ordering the mozzarella sticks and a 12” Pungo supreme for both of us.
The mozzarella sticks were delicious, I ended up adding a bit of salt to them because I like my food a bit more salty, but besides that they filled my expectations. The timing was perfect, one I took the last bite of my last mozzarella stick, the pizza arrived.
I ordered an extra serving of garlic butter that paired perfectly with the borders. The pizza overall was amazing as well, it held pretty good, and had a great balance with a bit of crunchy exterior but a pretty soft and doughy inside texture. The sauce, the cheese, each ingredient paired perfectly… my only regret would have been eating my slices too slowly because I ended up having my last slice colder than I would have liked, but even then, the dough still tasted pretty good.
We finished off ordering the homemade coconut cream pie and the m&m cheescake topped off with a scoop of ice cream.
To be honest, it was a bit too much for us so we ended up asking for a to-go box. The pie was soft, not too sweet and pretty light, as to the cheesecake it was pretty dense and heavier than what I expected but it still tasted really good. If you do like a rich cheesecake, you’ll for sure like this one.
I would totally recommend coming to eat here anytime. We will for sure come again and try some other dishes.

It’s been on the list to visit but we hadn’t been there yet, but finally got to have pizza at pungo pizza and ice cream. We also had the gigantic garlic knots. Between the knots and the pizza we didn’t have room for ice cream. That will be on the next visit because we will be back. Albeit I’m a pizza snob from New York the pizza was good (and even better as heated up leftovers).
PS: our server on Sunday 8/24 was Bella. Very attentive and pleasant.

We are pizza lovers and have been trying restaraunts in VB with 4.5 or higher ratings. This place did not disappoint. It offered indoor or air conditioned patio seating. We opted for the patio as the inside didn’t have seating available. Our order was placed and caesar salad and pepperoni pizza came out at the same time. The salad was fresh and the caesar salad dressing a little different than what I expected but was fresh. The pizza was so good! Seems like we need to broaden our top choices. Well made, cheesey, and seasoned to perfection. To top it off there were horses grazing across the street. What a beautiful view.

A really awesome place! Lexi was sweet and helpful, and the food was perfect. The fried pickles were crunchy, the grilled cheese looked crisp and gooey, the pizza was loaded with toppings and cooked to perfection, and the crispy chicken sandwich had nice and fresh lettuce and tomato. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

One of the best family and kid friendly places to eat in all coastal Virginia. We’ve been going here for years and it’s always a quality experience. Among the classic fresh locally made pizzas, the garlic knots are not to be missed. And who doesn’t love having an arcade in the place! They’re handicapped accessible, have an outdoor seating area and are accustomed to hosting gatherings and birthday parties. Everytime we visit, the staff is always going the extra mile. It’s not uncommon to have several people check our table throughout our stay. This is good food and fun, served with generous local hospitality.

Garlic knots are more like muffins as far as size goes! They are huge! So so tasty tho. Pizza was very good and had generous amount of toppings. Had the twix cheesecake which was home made.

First two times here was amazing, don’t know what happened during the last visit. Food normally is really good but the buffalo chicken wrap was significantly smaller than before and the fries were cold. Taco pizza was laughable; regular pizza with a weak amount of toppings on top of what seemed to be watery tomatoes and garbage iceberg lettuce. Staff is normally great here but waitress last time was lackadaisical and seemed careless just wanting us to get out of there. Ice cream is really good here as always.
