Delicious food served fast and with a personal touch. The menu is smaller than at many other Thai places – but that’s a plus when it tastes this good
Prices are on the lower side too, just make sure to bring cash as cards aren’t accepted.

Great family owned restaurant with a very kind owner. Very delicious thai food with fresh ingredients. The owner usually takes the order himself and helps you and gives recommendations. Signature food is Massaman Curry, and we loved spicy soup with shrimp, pad kra pao, pad thai and papaya salad, too!
Although we like to try new restaurants, we didn’t want to risk and went all our 3 evenings in Haad Rin to Pun Pun. Definitely recommend for great Thai food!
PS: One more plus: The owner is a watch enthusiast.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The owner was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain the history of the dishes. The curry was the best I’ve had in Thailand – rich, lots of flavors but not overwhelming, and perfectly spiced. Considering the outstanding quality of the food, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable meal with great service!

We went here two days in a row as we loved the food so much! The Massaman curry was amazing, and the service was excellent. We were even shown how to eat the dishes in the traditional Thai way, with explanations, which was a lovely touch. We also had the chicken in cashew and the Pad Kra Pow. 100% recommend this place for delicious food cooked fresh in front of you!

Amazing family run business. The food is unbelievably good- the cashew chicken is the best meal we have had in Thailand in 6 weeks. 10/10 would recommend. Pop the owner was so helpful & lovely and gave us a great experience and all his family were so attentive. Definitely come and try this place if you’re in the area, or on the island at all- it’s worth the journey!

Tried Pun Pun Thai Food and liked it. The food was nice, simple, and flavorful. The price was also reasonable. What I appreciated most was the owner. He explained how I was supposed to eat Thai food in a proper Thai way, which made the whole experience feel more authentic and thoughtful.

Squid stir fry! What can i say…it was cooked perfectly. Not overcooked! Soft and tasted fresh.
