Pummarola is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria. We serve pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, sides, and dessert, based on the original recipes of our dear Nonna Rosa. Our pizza is baked to perfection in our wood-fired ovens, built and imported from Naples, Italy, to achieve the authentic, fire-kissed flavor of home. Our fresh ingredients are also imported from Italy, from the savory plum tomatoes in our marinara sauce, to the Polselli flour in our dough. I recently ordered from Pummarola Boca Raton for the first time through Uber Eats, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the ordering process was smooth and the food arrived promptly, fresh, and at the perfect temperature. The presentation was excellent, and it was clear that care was taken in preparing and packaging the meal.

This was once in authentic Neapolitan pizza. The people making the pizza here were once Neapolitans. This is now become nothing but an imitation of what a Neapolitan pizza should taste like. Not even close and it’s a big shame because I’ve been coming here for 10 years, but when you trade passion for glory, this is what happens.
Do not ever expect someone to make your food the same way that you make it. Just the same way you would never be able to make their food the same way they make it. It’s just not possible when it is not in your blood and you do not have a passion for it.
I can appreciate the ownership wanting to expand their business, but at least make an attempt at hiring Neapolitans to keep the quality of your brand to a very high standard as it once was or else you will just be like everyone else.

Best gnocchi you’ll find around that also doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. The amount of oil used is rather concerning. Minestrone is actually potato vegetable soup light broth plus oil. Entree runs $10-15, soup $7, desert $8…not my type of pizza. Inside boca town mall. Easiest entry is Neiman Marcus park at curbside and walk.
Ive had issues with uber eats in the past so the best method is to call or use the business website only. Ive gotten the wrong order before, the owner will fix it if you bring it back or refund you just need to tell him fast. Ive had price issues and the owner took care of the difference. It sucks to get the wrong order and have to drive 10 miles to fix it but you cant dispute uber eats without major problems.

Maybe I have not been lucky but the food that I have bought at this place in Town Center has not been good.
It was the worse pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The other dish that I tried was swimming in grease.
Person at the register was nice but there is a skinny young lady that needs some good manners training. Throwing things around. Like an unhappy person who doesn’t want to be there. It’s been an unpleasant experience.
I will never order from there again.

We love it here, long time customers and have no idea why I didn’t leave a review before… they never miss,their pizzas are the best we recommend: Capricciosa, meat lovers pizza, cheese pizza, cesar salad, focaccia bread, the granny cookies honestly just buy whatever, everything is good and fresh, it’s a 10/10 for me and the fam. Shout out to the people that work there, love ya’ll.
