Food was absolutely delicious and very tasty, I have been in Peru few times and definitely Puma foodtruck brought back some great memories of my travels to Peru. The girls attending were supper friendly and explained me about their dishes. Lomo Saltado and Ají Gallina highly recommended. I’m glad I found a good place to grab something healthy, fresh and delicious! Can’t wait for winter to be over to enjoy again Puma’s foodtruck grabs!!!

Delicious, authentic Peruvian food!! Ceviche and Quinoa Tabouli are cool and refreshing, and the lomo saltado and Ají de Gallina are amazingly delicious and a little more filling. Highly recommend, only Peruvian food in Montana as far as I know!

Authentic Peruvian food truck in Missoula. We ordered one of everything and everything was amazing. The salad was refreshing on a hot day and the Saltado was filling after our adventures. The quality and service were exceptional.
