The man in the window was extremely rude when he was handed a coupon to the point we just ordered the same thing twice my daughter didn’t get to pick she was so put off by his attitude she just got 2 of what I asked for and said she didn’t want anything. I was trying to take her n treat her n that went sour with the poor customer service. I get life happens but you leave that at the door when working with people!

I absolutely love this place I come every single day and the girls always take care of me. The only thing I’m upset about is because the general manager amber is no longer there she definitely was the best one there! She even went above and beyond when the othwr manager was really rude to me and my husband at one point. She was fast and efficient!

Ordered a sandwich and couple of fresh pressed juices. The sandwich and the juices were made according to the menu but didn’t taste right. they tasted as if the produce was old and the lettuce was frozen from being in the fridge. I tried expressing my dissatisfaction with the sandwich to the staff because I couldn’t even eat it (which is rare for me) and I was met with passive aggressive comments from the shorter/stocky barista to the head girl and a final, “Well my boss won’t let us remake it because it was made according to the menu.”
I threw the sandwich in the trash. I’m out $8….your business profited maybe $4.00 from my sandwich and lost hundreds in my business. Maybe rethink your business plans if you want to stay in business.
