This was my first experience at Pulp. I’m allergic to bananas and I asked for them to not include them in my smoothie. I then ask for something to substitute the banana and the guy recommends bananas. The lack of paying attention was frustrating and I was definitely worried if he was going to still include bananas.
But I will give the guy credit he made a great smoothie. If the service improved I’d probably become a regular. Seriously I loved the smoothie!
The location was pretty good and the facilities were very clean. I was also shocked to find out they have food here. I really thought this was only a smoothie bar.
My recommendation to anyone stopping here is to be very clear to the workers with your order and you should receive a great smoothie.

I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I go in there they never pay attention to you. I went in there today and I waited for five minutes before anybody said something to me. Another person walks in and then automatically say hey how are you doing and hand the guy his order but then they get frustrated at me because I was a little frustrated because I waited. Five minutes patiently tried to get their attention. They don’t pay you any attention there and they are rude. I just felt some type of way because of the way they were I felt like cuz of my race and I have tattoos all over I got treated different. I’m not trying to be mean or racist or anything. I just felt like they was. judging me now, you can say I’m being mean and say that I’m being a Karen, but I’m not I’m just being honest I would never go there again. I will never spend a dollar there. Now I worked in fashion jobs and shops like that you always gotta treat a customer respect and ask them have they been taken care of and they never do

usually really good about this place because i love their drinks and staff, and sometimes its hard to eyeball when you’re making food. i understand 🙂 the last few times i’ve been here there’s been unblended bits and pieces of fruit, which is hard for me because i’m autistic and i have sensory issues. came home today with 3 HUUUUGE unblended strawberries in my drink. like.. the entire berry. like someone just plopped one in the already blended drink.

I ordered a tuna wrap with added tomatoes through DoorDash, but there were no tomatoes in my order. On top of that, the tuna had an overly fishy taste, so I couldn’t eat it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t given a refund, so I essentially paid for something I couldn’t even eat.
I also ordered ginger shots, which were good, and wheatgrass shots, though one had some grass residue in it.
Overall, I wasn’t fully satisfied with my order, and I definitely won’t be trying that wrap again.

It appears that it depends on which one you choose. This one wasn’t very good at mixing the drink and a lot of fruit had to be eaten with a spoon because it doesn’t. Bubwouldn’t go through the straw they didn’t even give. Drink on the run… Forget it. You pay for it, you should get what you paid for. “SERVICE” it doesn’t depend on what you want, it depends on who’s driving.

Definitely a nice location, always friendly faces and fast service. One thing is though they always forget to put my enhancers in. Sometimes they offer to remake it but sometimes I bring it up and they seem stumped then just say oya I did add it, I just put it in both which I assume they are lieing about because then they smile at their coworkers. I understand having fun at work and passing the time but when their carrying conversation with their friends instead of paying attention and adding what I pay for is kinda annoying
