5 star because of how nice the staff are. They greeted me made my order quick, no issues. I like the options for the smoothies and the option to make your own. I went to Beyond Juice and Eatery on Wilson Mills right before coming here and they weren’t even open, lights were on, no signage stating they were closed and nothing listed online about it being closed. Glad that happened and I went to Pulp instead. Will definitely be back

Just got an elite 8 from this Pulp and it taste like water. I have been getting these regularly for years and never had one this bland. I noticed they had signs hanging up saying they aren’t responsible for the taste so apparently this isn’t new. I won’t come to this one again. It’s a total waste of money.

Never coming back to this location again. The quality of the smoothies have gone way down. They don’t measure any of the ingredients in their smoothies and just dump in whatever amount they want. No consistency. Will make the drive to chagrin location for what the smoothies are actually supposed to taste like.

I work in the area so I come to this location often. The smoothies are usually good, no complaints there. But the employees are consistently rude, dismissive, and borderline hostile. The simplest interactions with them almost always include some show of impatience, annoyance, and/or disrespect. And I’m talking about just normal pickups or orders – no special requests, no complaining, etc.. They are just rude. I try very hard to be friendly to everyone, even when they don’t do the same. But today I felt provoked to ask if there was some issue that I was missing due to the kid’s attitude at the register. I’m sick of it.

I come here all the time, but today I waited for a very long time to receive my smoothie bowl and there was not any customers. My item wasn’t even prepared correctly! You guys have to do better! The young kids in there working and making folks not want to return!

The Wraps are to small for the price, and it looks as if they’re getting even smaller, but they do taste good!
The staff was nothing but on point, and got my order together quickly. The wore masks, I saw them wash hands and use gloves, and I was impressed how these young women worked as a team!
All you need now is coupons for potential repeat customers like me.

I think she had brown hair, I told her her eyelashes were pretty and she told me she uses Sky High mascara.
Anyway I asked for suggestions so she asked for my fav fruits. Then she personalized a drink she thought I’d like (strawberry extreme with added mango). Her and another girl watched me take my first sip bc I told them I’d tell them if I liked it then and there it was BOMB. Whoever you are, that was killer. Thank you so much. I plan to come back for that smoothie again.
