Ordered a smoothie and wrap on lunch today around 1pm. They were pretty busy. Smoothie was watery and seems like it was missing something but I was on a time crunch and I’m almost for certain the wrap was molding. Wish I would have grabbed my receipt. I love pulp always my go to but this location isn’t the best.

We’ve been to this location quite a few times already since my mom has been in and out of the Cleveland Clinic at Avon. There are SO MANY flavor combinations to choose from, but my go-to is the Orange Ginger Elixir with an energy boost and for the days when I need a little something extra, I like to also get the wheatgrass shot with a freshly-squeezed OJ chaser. Looking forward to trying other smoothies and juices – for when you’re feeling under the weather or even if you just need a little something different, you can’t go wrong with this place and my personal favorite is the one in Avon, OH. Try it!

As an avid acai bowl fan, I had not tried Pulp’s until today. I like that you can customize your three toppings, and there are many to choose from. The restaurant was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. I think the acai bowl base here is the most toned-down of all the places I’ve tried, but the granola and coconut gave it a very tropical taste.

The only reason I took 1 star away was because of the unpeeled oranges used for 1 of my order as they were closing in 30 mins. We ordered 3 orange juices, 2 came out perfectly but the the other was made using unpeeled oranges. When asked to exchange, they did it but gave it in a very rude manner. Just like banging the drink as if she was doing a favor to me. All 3 juices tasted better than other pulp.

Awesome place to get a smoothie at! Very clean and the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about ingredients. I has a beet smoothie and it was delicious, my husband has the orange ginger and he really liked it. Plenty of parking and the location was easy to find. Located on the first floor so I would say it would be handicap accessible.

Came in to get a ginger shot: was told by the lady in charge that I can not have a ginger shot with just ginger because THEY DO THINGS A LITTLE DIFFERENT HERE!! I didn’t want any lemon in my ginger shot…I was told I had to because they do things a little different because they are not a corporate store and they are privately owned!! They can do that here!! The lady said. I BEEN TO EVERY PULP IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND AND SUBURBS AND NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM!! EVEN AMHERST WHICH IS OWNED BY THE SAME OWNER. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AT ANY LOCATION TILL I CAME HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME. PURE GINGER HELPS ME WITH MY PNEUMONIA I HAD DURING COVID AND ALMOST DIED. Delicious. May take a minute or so to make, pretty popular place. Employees are nice and friendly and haven’t messed an order of mine up yet. But the smoothies and wraps are out of bounds. Highly recommend mango bomb with sugar free red bull for that extra kick. It won’t let you down

The smoothies are really good. The wraps are okay. The cookies aren’t worth buying, though. I prefer Tropical Smoothie’s full menu, but my daughter likes switching it up every once in a while. This is mainly a smoothie place, and they offer tasty smoothies.
