Came here on a trip to New Jersey, I wanted to have old-fashioned Italian American food while I was here. This place delivered! Very authentic, homey feel. I got the chicken parm dinner and it was yummy. Lots of sauce and cheese, huge portion, and good prices. The garlic bread was delicious too! The salad could use some work – I was disappointed that the ranch wasn’t homemade. Takeout service was great – food was ready in 10 minutes or so, long enough that you’re definitely getting it fresh. And the woman who helped me was very friendly in that funny Jersey way. Overall very tasty and exactly what I was looking for!

Place is run down and dirty.. looks like cheap owner.. Food is not good, they are selling fries with no salt that taste like and have the consistency of cardboard… the hot sause for wings is separated, it’s so full of oil.. The wings taste like old oil. The cheesesteaks have barely any meat or cheese and the roll is like rubber.. trust me go somewhere else!! Anywere else

Average place. Compared to other spots not bad they burn their chicken parm hero every time ♀️ They are nice to correct it but it still comes back burnt on the edges and cheese not fully melted.
Edit: returned to Pullella’s tonight via delivery order. Asked for extra cheese pizza and didn’t get extra cheese. Paid 20$ for an over-done pizza pie. Very greasy. My husband and I were less than delighted with this purchase. We paid $3 extra for cheese but yet it was a normal cheese pie. Don’t mind paying a little more, but dang atleast make it worth it. Asked over the phone for a receipt but the driver didn’t have one, had an attitude however. Every time I come here the people are so nice inside the shop but the food is just a disappointment.

Bad customer service and my wings were burnt. The manager sent out a replacement. However, the second order of wings were worse than the first order. Also, the delivery driver wasn’t too friendly. I called to bring to speak with a manager and he wasn’t too pleasant. I’ll never order from this establishment again.

We order from here just about every Friday night and just have to say that Andrea who almost always answers the phone is so nice and pleasant to talk to every week. We do miss the delivery driver that always brought our dog a biscuit but everyone we’ve encountered here has been awesome!!! The food also really good and consistent

Wow! First time here, and was I impressed. Great neighborhood pizza eatery. Nice folks… Very considerate. Simple order. The person on the phone was cheerful and that came through. Upon arrival my pizza was ready and hot. Counter person was student aged with a vivacious personality. Owner was there, I added on a garlic butter dipping sauce, not a hiccup. Pizza was tremendous. Definitely Recommend!!
