Pulcinella was opened in July of 1991 in Fort Collins, CO. Shortly after the restaurant’s opening, the first of our Colorado pizzerias was opened at our Drake location. This location also has a Wine Bar, featuring incredible wines from Italy as well as local beers. In these 32 years we have had many locations across the Front Range.Our other location in Fort Collins on Harmony Rd. recently closed due to devastating flood damage early in 2023. The decision was made not to reopen as we were nearing the end of a 15 year lease. We are looking forward to serving Fort Collins for many years to come!

I went solely because Google maps indicated this was a wine bar. It’s more a casual pizza place with a bar stuck on to it on the side.
I went shortly after they opened and was surprised I couldn’t order at the bar. I had to order at the counter then go sit at the bar. They said the bartender doesn’t get there till after 5. Good to know.
The wine selection is limited, but I appreciate how none of it was mainstream grocery wine. It seemed like it was all Italian wine.
The pizza by the slice is ok. I ordered sausage and was surprised that it turned out to be thick sliced sausage instead of sausage crumbles.

It’s a bit echoey but the food is incredible and the vibe is immaculate. Best pizza in Fort Collins, and I used to be a BeauJo’s girl! Definitely a spot for dates, group dinner with friends or a spot for Meet the Parents ™️ would totally go again!

Pulcinella’s makes the best pizza in fort collins, no competition. Unlike most places in town they don’t use frozen dough and that’s a really important distinction. Plus, the dough happened to be tossed larger than usual so my small was upgraded to a medium without any extra cost. They put the first smile on my face after I had a really crummy day.
Do your tummy a favor by eating real italian pizza here and not the cardboard you’d get somewhere else.

$45+ tip for 2 mediocre slices, a can of beer and a under poured glass of house wine. Counter service got our order wrong, forgot a slice and blank stares with no customer service whatsoever. The crust on the pizza was good, generous with the toppings but flavor was lacking. We were disappointed as we had been looking forward to trying this spot for a while. If you are looking for good pizza, highly recommend Pizza Casbah or JJ’s.

It was a well-made New York style pizza. We had a couple slices of the cheese pizza and the Chicken Pesto Panini. The pizza was flavorful and had a nice crisp crust! The panini was delicious, with grilled chicken, pesto, and gooey melted mozzarella on crispy bread. A satisfying choice. The place has a relaxed, café feel, making it perfect for a casual or quick lunch.
