If you want absolutely delicious food you NEED to come to Pulcinella Pizza!!! Every single time i come i try something new and everything i have tried has been amazing!! If you’re in the Tradition area of Port St Lucie, you absolutely must stop to eat here!
I recently discovered this place when I was shopping for sneakers at the nearby FleetFeet and stopped in for 2 slices of pizza.
I had two slices of wood oven fired meat lovers pizza. Everything is homemade. For me if the pizza sauce and dough are made from scratch, that’s the secret to the ultimate pizza.
If you love to cook Italian well, you need to shop here as well. All the tomatoes, olive oils, and pasta they sell are shipped from right from Italy.
The staff is friendly as well. I think the older gentlemen who is the owner speaks broken English is from Italy and is very dedicated to making delicious, authentic Italian cuisine.
Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed

Need to do better with salads. I ordered the pear salad and asked to include grilled chicken. The greens look horrible no grilled chicken and the pears are hard as a rock.The good news is that my hubs ordered the Italian hero and is loving it, great brick oven bread.

I am a native New Yorker and a pastry chef who is a pizza snob. The pizzas here are excellent! They make the Pulcinella –a wood fired pizza with truffles, mushrooms, garlic and basil…which is chef’s kiss. The other pizza pictured has prosciutto, arugula, and balsamic…the prosciutto was excellent and there was just the right amount of balsamic glaze. The char on the edges….to die for!

We received a flyer and coupons in our mailbox so we decided to try it out and I am glad we did. First of all, the food is fantastic. We tried the Pulcinella woodfire pizza (cheese, mushroom, truffle cream) with cup pepperoni added, and a pepperoni roll. The menu is diverse and interesting and there are many other things I’d like to try. They also have a variety of prepared meals ready to go and an assortment of grocery items like a proper Italian market.
The wait was almost double what we were told on the phone, so they may want to work on communication (it was a takeout order), but we will definitely be back!

I haven’t tried the food yet. They have pizza and bakery items available. Fresh mozzarella and rice balls made. However, most of the meals are already made in freezer to go. I like my meals Fresh. There prices are a bit high

I ordered a BLT with fries for lunch. While waiting, I noticed something concerning: they took frozen fries to be cooked fresh, but also grabbed fries from a metal container that were clearly pre-cooked and sitting out. Coming from the food industry, I know the difference and it was obvious these fries had already been cooked earlier.
Then I witnessed something even worse. A delivery driver came in with several pizza boxes and said that three were empty but one still had some slices. They actually took those slices, put them back on a tray, and placed them on the counter to be resold. This pizza left the store and was brought back and they were going to serve it again. They also reused the pizza boxes. That is absolutely unacceptable and a major food safety violation.
When I got home and opened my meal, I was unfortunately proven right. The fries were terrible and clearly reheated, and the BLT was just as disappointing.
Please avoid this place. The food practices I witnessed were genuinely alarming.

I am rating 2 things only, a cheese pizza and cleanliness. They nailed it on both. I spent a while looking at pics and reading reviews and apparently chose very well. If you love cheese pizza and plan to take it out or home give them a try. 2 slices and a soda 7.99.

I was having dinner with my parents and we ordered a couple of the 8 Mile pizzas—they were fantastic! It is so nice to find authentic Detroit-style pizza down here in Michigan’s lower peninsula. 😉
It is a little more expensive than your average chain pizza, but well worth it. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and fluffy, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. And that sauce? Chef’s kiss . This was my first experience with Pulcinella, but they’ve definitely made a new loyal customer out of me. I can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu!
