Three couples of friends enjoyed a wonderful evening at Pulcinella. Everything was excellent—the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service. We were delighted by great music and a truly special Christmas ambiance that made the night even more memorable. Jerome took great care of us; he was attentive, professional, and added to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Excellent Experience

Pulcinella in Massapequa delivered an outstanding meal. I ordered the Stuffed Veal Chop and the Tortellini Sofia, and both dishes were exceptional. The Stuffed Veal Chop was cooked perfectly, very tender, and full of flavor. The mushroom sauce added a rich and balanced finish.

The Tortellini Sofia was equally impressive. The pasta was fresh, the sauce was smooth and flavorful, and the mix of mushrooms, peas, and pancetta made every bite enjoyable.

Portions were generous, the presentation was beautiful, and the service was friendly and attentive. Pulcinella continues to be one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. I highly recommend it!

Was hoping to find an Italian restaurant that was going to be my go to, but I’m not sure if this is it. Service was a 10 even with the 3 or 4 waiters we had I kind of lost count. The music was great! Unfortunately, my dinner wasn’t, had the bolognese and it was good in the sense of being tasty but it was dry as hell!! No sauce to speak of and when I added some cheese, it made it even more dry. Unsure if I’m giving it a second chance because almost everything else was good.

Attended a recent birthday celebration here recently. The food and service were outstanding. Will absolutely return to this restaurant again. The current rating for this place is too low and misleading. Should be in the high 4’s, for sure. Great experience, highly recommend!!!

Been here multiple times. Always a great experience. Grilled seafood platter is the best appetizer ever.

Went for New Years Eve dinner. We were told the food is good and it’s expensive there.
I looked at the menu on line and a bit more $ than some not a problem…..
We were given a modified menu and the prices went up 10 to 18 dollars for each item on the menu. For example I had Ceasar salad was 10.on the online menu, (not Takeout) it was 20. last night. Not even shaved cheese on it. The Veal Sinatra is 30.00 in the online menu and was 48.00 ! How’s that for price gouging?
I always prefer to write nice reviews, but won’t be going back!
We’ve gone to the best restaurants every where and had never run into higher prices because it’s New Years Eve.
I’ve made a good living on tips, and the wait staff got better tips and they certainly deserved it for working so hard last night.
I just can’t justify what the owner did to his guest

We stopped in as part of a group for an event. The ambience of the place is great. It has a real Italian feel with lots of brick and warm lighting. The staff was excellent and attentive during the entire evening. The appetizers were delicious. The highlight was the pasta appetizer. The pasta was fresh and the sauce was excellent. The only reason I have it a 4 was that they entrees weren’t as good. I had the Sole and my wife had Veal Marsala. Neither lived up to the appetizers. That being said, they were preparing a lot of them so I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and go as just a single diner to try other things.

Very good meal. I had the Bronzino, which was nicely served and prepared. Fresh and very tender. My friend had the lamb chops, which were very good as well. We had a sample player of antipasta cold cuts, peppers, olives, and cheese. Very good. We tried their version of canolli, three small ones to a serving. It was not the usual crisp shell. Instead, it was more like an elongated donut slit down the middle and filled with creame. It was tasty, but not what I preferred. Great service here.

“A dining experience truly worthy of Michelin Stars” Yesterday proved to be one of the finest dining experiences in quite some time. We were a party of three and started off with some stuffed figs and homemade sausage. The Stuffed Figs were cooked to perfection and served with a balsamic glaze; The home-made sausage was unlike any store bought sausage with incredible flavor. Then, we apparently visited Pulcinella’s when all the stars were in alignment as we were blessed with being served a side of home-made pasta with Cherry Tomatoes in a Christened Cheese Wheel that was outstanding. Our entrees included Braciole over Pappardelle Pasta that was truly reminiscent of those Sunday dinners after Mass. My wife ordered the Halibut with a light white wine garlic sauce with Radichio Risotto that was light and cooked to perfection. My entrée was the Short Ribs with homemade Rigatoni {similar to the size of Pacheri Pasta} with sauteed white onions in Brandy that made the flavor profile of this dish off the charts. For dessert we asked for the Chef’s choice sampler plate, and it didn’t disappoint. We were presented an assortment of fried cannoli’s, raspberry mousse cake, rainbow cheesecake and a trio of home-made Gelato’s. In closing, what made our experience so outstanding and memorable was the personal service and how Ruben, Antonio & Carlo greeted and interacted with us throughout our entire dining experience. We truly felt like family and enjoyed open conversation about menu items and what they suggested after hearing our preferences. Hats off and Bravo to Pulcinella’s of Massapequa. Thanks again for making our dining experience truly Michelin Star worthy!!!
