Everything was exceptional, with the exception of their bowl of fruit. It was a bit expired as it was not fresh. Waitress was very friendly with great customer service. Husband really enjoyed the Monte Cristo. The hazelnut latte was very good. The biscuits and gravy were ok, too.

My wife was looking for a place to eat, and saw that Pujo St Cafe had blue crab ravioli, so we decided to come try it out. There’s a really nice atmosphere here, and the food was delicious. I stuck with drinking Michelob Ultra, my wife had the strawberry mojito. Which was delicious. We started with the Oyster Pujo for the appetizer, which was great. I ordered the southwest wrap with fries, and of course she got her blue crab ravioli. Food was amazing and our server was fantastic. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back. Especially for the breakfast and more specifically the Saturday Brunch!!!!

The food was excellent. The Oysters Pujo was very different. I like to try different foods when I go out to eat. Fried oysters with pecan pieces on top of them was very different and delicious. The shrimp tacos were excellent also. A little pricey though but I don’t mind paying for food that is very good and on point.

Thoroughly enjoyed our corned beef reuben, thick slices, made in house. The burger was thick and juicy, cooked medium with a touch of pink. The french fries are crispy and the setting is nice. Big fan of Elton Louviere, local artist to Lake Charles, they had one of his train prints on display with other artwork.

A few months back on one of our trips to Lake Charles we stopped for lunch at Pujo St Cafe. The food was really good. I am a big fan of tortellini and they make a great dish there with chicken in a cream sauce. I would also encourage anyone to try the Oysters Pujo, I put the description below.

Absolutely the best meal I’ve had in a long time. The gumbo was lights out. The egg rolls – amazing! And the surf and turf, was absolutely out of this world. Even the French fries had the perfect amount of seasoning per fry. I don’t typically leave reviews unless I love somewhere and this place just blew my socks off with how amazing it was.

It’s a sad shame the chef waste their talents with such amazing food in an establishment that the wait staff nor the management care about customer care. When you are continually removing items from a bill cause your server just don’t deliver until we are upset is a huge issue. When the manager rolls her eyes cause we are finally inpatient waiting for check that we asked for 2xs. I wish gratuity could’ve been removed cause sincerely he deserved $0 tip. The cook deserved that money cause at least the food was good. Last visit was before the storm and I remember why. Waste of time and money!!

Absolutely wonderful food both taste and presentation was great. Started off with these tuna nachos and enjoyed them and everything else so much I forgot to take pictures of anything else, it just kept getting better. If they would add some live soft music I might not ever eat at home. I am anxiously awaiting my next visit.
