I haven’t been to Puget Sound Pizza in Tacoma in year’s. I came in for lunch to get a to go order as it was near 60 degrees outside and sunny this week. I was greeted by River, and Rayne Chefs and Steph. I felt welcomed wanted to know if they had slices of pizza to go. Steph informed me that they lunch special would meet my needs with a 10inch personal pizza I wanted it well done. The Chefs prepared and cooked my pizza pie to perfection. They all displayed excellent customer service to me. I will be back with clients. Great job PSP Sincerely Farmer J

Stopped in for a quick slice and beers with friends. Itsa smaller place but quick and convenient. Nice little bar area with Tv’s and pull tabs. Ordered one of the lunch specials, one huge slice and salad. Slice was a bit under cooked. I prefer a less flimsy, more crispy slice. Salad was good!

Came for trivia. The crowd, host, and staff were all incredible. I had an absolute blast and the BBQ chicken pizza was really, really good. My friend spilled his cider on our pizza and we thought for sure the other half was ruined. Nope! This pizza is so good 2/3s of a class of cider didn’t even compromise the integrity of the crust! Now that’s a pizza I can get behind.
Great people. Great fun. Will be back!

The food was alright. But I waited on site for it to be hot and ready. They sold me cold food and the staff seemed extremely happy I didn’t want to wait for a replacement. I tipped the kareoke guy and didn’t get to sing. This sems like a place where they live off a good reputation they used to have but are used to being Medicare and are okay with getting away with it.
Did tasted good. First time I ordered from here I got a black crusty plate stick to the bottom of my pizza.

Update: owner said i did my math wrong. The only reason why i know there was a fee is because i saw the receipt and the line that said $3.00 credit card charge (not because they tell you there is a fee.) Tell me mr owner, what % is $3.00 on a $16.99 pizza? My friend also got charged $3.00 and his tab was more than mine, care to explain that? Also, why dont you disclose you have a credit card fee? Its nowhere on your order desk or menus, and your employees dont tell you either. A $3.00 surcharge for using a credit card seems high, especially when you only find out about it when they tell you the total at paying. No verbal warning or written disclosure about the fee anywhere on the ordering desk or at the entrance which is not legal to charge then. The surcharge amount generally can’t be more than the actual cost to the business (often capped around 3-4%). A flat $3 charge for a transaction that wouldve been $19 without the fee is 15.78%. 4% would been a fee of .76c. I dont know why that hasn’t been reported to the Washington state attorney general office yet…The pizza and sandwiches are good. The staff could be friendlier and more welcoming. Ive been here twice and the people working the desk look annoyed to be there when talking to customers, you only see them smile when they are chatting amongst each other.

Can’t comment on the brick and mortar store since I got it from their truck on hwy 302. Was not worth the price, for what we got. My bf liked it but he was drunk, and I didnt even finish a slice. Same with the pizza place they are parked close too. Can’t comment on service as I my bf picked it up. So far nothing compares to my favorite place up north. So still on the hunt for good pizza

I stopped here for an impromptu lunch with my son, and I wasn’t disappointed! They have a $9.99 lunch special: a slice, salad, and drink. Everything was good, but the salad was excellent! It was bigger than expected and had lots of veggies with a spring mix (my favorite). I’ll definitely be coming back again with the whole family

Great, premium pizza with creative offerings.
We got The Big Dill, which is alfredo based with pickles, bacon, garlic, and cheeses, along with the pepperoni pizza balls and a cocktail. The pizza was super solid, crust cooked perfectly to a crisp, and you could tell they use quality ingredients.
On the other side of things, they’ve got some decent Happy Hour specials for drinks and food, as well as great daily for Mon-Thur, so explore those options as well!
If you’re looking for a more specialty pizza and don’t mind the price ($36 for a 16″ in July 2024), it’s tough to beat PSP in the Tacoma area.

Despite having only 1 oven during peak lunch time, they were still willing to get my sons cheese pizza in the oven! They were the nicest crew! We will definitely be going back. This pizza place was awesome!!
