Puerto Vallarta on Hutchinson Island is an absolute gem. The margaritas are perfectly balanced and refreshing, the bowls are fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor, and the carne asada is tender, smoky, and cooked to perfection. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and authentic. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service—spectacular from start to finish, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This is a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again.

My husband and I had lunch here, and everything was absolutely amazing. The highlight for me was the skinny spicy margarita—easily one of the best I’ve had on the island! The flavors were perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. The food was equally impressive, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a family outing here, big booth fit us fine. My dish was amazing! Shrimp onions and mushrooms in a white sauce, mouth watering. Friendly smiles from staff always adds to the good time.

I had a very nice experience here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is small but they even have a bar with high chairs!
The menu is very diverse and different from what you expect from a regular Mexican restaurant.

Great new restaurant here in the area. Staff is extremely friendly. Food was great. Everything was fresh and made to order. Can’t get much better than this! Highly recommend. Kid friendly as well. Near the beach. Will come back !

Time visiting Puerto Vallarta. Staff said hello as our group walked In and gave us a couple of options on where we wanted to be seated. Nathaly was our server. She was exceptional. Friendly, smiled every time she came to the table and even told us about her work experience. Ordered the cheese quesadilla and added shrimp. The cook did an exceptional job on it. Restaurant was very clean as was the men’s room.

Probably The Best Tasting Chicken Fajitas I have Ever Had. So Great! Lovely comfortable space. Service is elegant and music is fun. A little loud but some people Ike that when consuming tasty beverages! Love it here.

Went on October 3. We were the only diners and our server was very attentive. Salsa was fresh and chips were hot. Our Vallarta Bowl with chicken and Supreme Burrito with beef off the lunch menu were amazing and a ton of food. Highly recommend!!

Running a restaurant is hard work and you want to give people the benefit of the doubt when things go wrong. Sadly this place leaves no room for doubt.
They missed a part of our order for pick up. No problem, just refund it. Wouldn’t do it, told me to “call the app.” I ordered from the restaurant’s website. Annoying but okay, give me the number. “Just google the app.” What?
Then there was the food we did get. It was bad. Not mediocre, bad. Two sad little shrimp tacos and two tiny enchiladas. No flavor, pretty sure the styrofoam they came in was made from fresher ingredients and tasted better. Also some rice and beans and several day-old salsa smelling rather fermented.
Well I did contact “the app” and eventually got a partial refund from the restaurant days later. With the refund, we spent $42 for some rice and beans and a stomachache.
