I come here for the oysters! Favorite place in town for them. The food is pretty good. The only thing is they don’t do substitutions for anything in the dishes. Drinks are also good and the servers are always nice.

I have been going here for years. My favorite is the camarones Cancún with a side of Diabla salsa. The Guacamole and bean dip is so good. The menudo is amazing, it comes with homemade (made on site) corn tortillas. I recently tried the Brocheta mixta and the shrimp, both were sooo delicious. I also like their camarones empanizados, camarones al pil pil and their camarones al mojo de ajo (garlic flavor). Camarones a la diabla are really good but if you can’t handle the heat, get them with half the heat or even at 1/4. Their wings and carne asada fries are also really good appetizers. The filete relleno is a stuffed fish topped with a house sauce, it’s sooo good. The carne asada tampiquena is a big piece of carne asada and single enchilada, rice, fries and salad-super good! If you want something a bit more fresh, the aguachilles and fish ceviche are a really good alternative. The menudo or cocktails are great options for a hangover cure. The Quesadilla (add shrimp or shrimp and veggies or meat of choice) is another great option.

We had the Pollo Asado plate, Kids Menudo, Sopa de Ajo and Chicken Fajitas, these were all delicious. I like the Ajo soup. This would be really good if you’re feeling under the weather. The kids me duo came with freshly homemade tortillas. Super delicious.

Not only is this place exceptional from the prompt service, to the food, but they also serve the needy by handing out free burritos and a drink! I’ve witnessed this generosity the last several times I’ve come in to enjoy a meal.
They don’t ask for donations, they feel the need to care for others. They have my full support.

Poor service and extremely overpriced food. Each plate runs about $30 and they literally use the cheapest ingredients. Ex.) The enchilada sauce was literally canned quality. Fries are literally a side instead of rice? 3 tortillas per serving. Refills hardly offered but any are an added charge to your bill. Just save yourself the trip. Not big-group friendly.

I stopped to get dinner. I got the spicy shrimp with rice and he got a plate with octopus and shrimp. The sauce was absolutely delicious and flavorful and on top the homemade tortillas was an extra point of deliciousness. My friend comes to Yakima from Olympia for work one a month and she said that she will stop by again. I was working on an assignment for work and I asked for a table with a plug so I could submit my assignment last minute and the restaurant was accommodating

It was our first visit. We had heard good reviews, and we were not disappointed. Ordered the Camarones Cancun. It was VERY good, and we are definitely going back. The prices are competitive and not too expensive. They also do not skimp on alcohol in their drinks. Traditional Mexican atmosphere, music was not too loud and gave a good vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and the service was awesome.

The food was great & so we’re the waiters! However, we paid over 40 bucks of touch tunes music then the band came in & basically took over. Felt like I wasted my money. Other than that, everything else is great! The band just kind of kills it.
