This was a quick stop on our way to a friend’s for the night as we were on our way back home to Florida. Just something to eat. What a wonderful surprise. Excellent food but most surprising was the customer service we received in our drink order being taken by the Manager. Awesome tasting Margaritas the way. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Moses. Moses has excellent customer service skills. Knows the menu so did not need to write down the order, sometimes this unnerves me but all turned out well. Smiled, laughed joked with us tired travelers not too much though let us eat. Brought homemade guacamole that was excellent as well and we spoke of similar backgrounds. They are going to lose him eventually to the medical field where his patients are going to remember him for the same reasons we did. Moses is an asset to Pueblos for as long as he is there. We will be back in the Spring and will stopping for the food and hopefully to say hi to Moses.

I have never been so disrespected in my life the management was so disrespectful I recorded our conversation and she attacked me. Putting words in my mouth I know help is hard to get so we all look over bad customer service. And we shouldn’t. One young man red curly hair a bit on the heavy side with has a potty mouth like I never heard anywhere. No respect for ladies obviously. I never heard a manager being sorry immature, I tried to speak with her and well you’ll heard the recording. I love there food and employees but management has never taken a course in customer service or been taught confrontation isn’t where you start a conversation.

1st time here since we just moved here recently the ppl who owned our house b4 we bought it recommended this place and omg sooo good and authentic. Definatly found our new mexican restaurant. Staff super friendly. Huge menu so tons of options. Great sweet tea too Southern n sweet.

Staffs are friendly.. Food is tasty.. The place is visible from outside main road.. Waiting time is moderate.. Parking space is good.. Chicken was dry.. The food is worth of the cost.. We would definitely go to this restaurant..

We ordered our food online and when I got the the restaurant to pick it up at the time they told me it wasn’t ready. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked what was taking so long and the waitress said we gave her the wrong name on the phone. We didn’t even talk to anyone at the restaurant we ordered online. The food was cold and had been setting on the counter the entire time.

We live close to this restaurant and are frequent visitors never really having a terrible experience. However, today was different. I never write reviews good or bad but todays service was so bad I have to share. Our waitress seemed good at first but almost immediately asked for our order without asking about cheese dip or appetizers. (We had just sat down and we’re not ready) Then she did not come back for 10-15 minutes and we had to request to order as she seemed preoccupied. She didn’t write the order down which is not a big deal but she didn’t say back our order and seemed preoccupied so needless to say we were worried it would be wrong. Sure enough. The food got sent back about 4 times before it was right and we waited on a missing item for another 10 minutes or so. The food was average at best. I was honestly so disappointed that I barely ate my food. I wish this meal had been better but service makes a world of difference.

The food is amazing but everything else is horrible. The service is absolutely terrible, you may or may not get one refill on your drink. There’s a 50 50 chance your food will be cold when you get it. And the last time I was here the waiter dumped a whole coke on the table soaking two of my kids.

The food here is pretty good. Them chips and salsa is and bottomless. They have some awesome lunch specials. It gets packed real good so try to get there a little before or after peak lunch hour.

Have gotten takeouts periodically over the past couple of years with good food and service. However after trying to eat our $40.00 order tonight, food was was poor to say the least. Salsa tasted like tomato sauce. Grilled chicken had probably been salted twice. All we could eat was the rice and beans. Will not order from there again until someone tells us Pueblos food has improved !

We live close by and used the frequent the restaurant often. However, each time the service has gotten increasingly worse. I like the food- it’s not the best I’ve had, but it’s not bad. However, I will never be back due to the service. We sat down, the waitress took our drink order, came back & we ordered a cheese dip and then we waited probably 10-15 mins. She asked if we were okay, and we said we wanted to order. She didn’t write a single thing down- I used to serve, so I thought maybe she would get it but I was weary. Our food came out, and not to my surprise WRONG. Not just 1 time, but FOUR times my meal came out wrong- and she’s still not writing the order down. Had the audacity to say she wouldn’t charge me for a food item that came with my meal- bc she was wrong on the meal I was ordering. Señor fiestas will continue to get my service. Should have gone there to begin with.
