This was my first time eating at Pueblos, and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the lunch gorditas, one chicken and one beef, and both were flavorful and fresh, though I would love a steak vs, ground beef option. The fresh chunky guacamole was delicious, but I found it needed a hit of acid (lime) and salt to be perfect. My husband ordered the steak and chicken fajitas and enjoyed both with left overs to spare.

Did they change ownership? We’ve been coming for over 15 years. Today everything just wasn’t right. The salsa tasted strange. Queso watery. Fish tacos the flour tortilla was hard. Strange pink topping? Both rice and beans came cold! Had to return. The black beans were very salty. Even had my partner eat some to confirm it. Rice was ok. Top self Margarita was way too sour!! Could hardly drink it. This place used to be our go to place for Mexican food. Today I’m thinking twice about coming back. I’m not into complaining, but when everything just seems off I had to let them know. Please taste your food.

I asked Ana the server/bartender to choose for me. She delivered this and it was absolutely amazing. The slow braised pork was so tender. The flavors all paired well together. Highly impressed with this dish. Of course the service is always impeccable!

Feeling really disappointed at the carne asada street tacos. Bland tortillas, under-seasoned beef, I think yellow onions were used which is not traditional, and the sauce for them was sweet with a touch of lime. No salsas verde and roja, no sign of spicy, just the whitest asada I’ve had. First time in a while I haven’t finished my carne asada tacos.

Came here for lunch 2 days in a row and I was happy about the consistency and quality of the meal. I’m vegan, and there’s even food for me. I got vegetarian fajitas and they were great. Really good portions and you will leave filled. Both the chips and salsa are tasty, unlike a lot of Mexican restaurants. We had 6 people in our party, and the staff iwas very attentive, helpful, and mindful of the menu. One thing that I noticed when I walked in is that everything looked and ran very organized. Would definitely come here again.
