We had a pretty good experience here overall. The food was decent and flavorful, especially for the price, which felt very reasonable. Portions were satisfying, and everything came out fresh. The restaurant also has a really cute aesthetic—bright, welcoming, and nicely decorated—which made it a fun place to dine. Nothing over-the-top, but a solid spot I’d come back to.

My boys and I were in the area visiting my sister and we were hungry for Mexican food. I found this place close by and decided to go. The atmosphere was nice and what you’d expect when going to a Mexican restaurant. We got seated quickly, chips and salsa arrived quickly, as well as a waitress there taking our drink order. We ordered our food and it arrived quickly. Visually, the food looked really good. Everyone dug in and said their food was very good. The portions were generous, and we took leftovers home. Overall, a very good experience, and would go again when visiting Conneaut.

Wife and I have eaten at your establishment numerous times and have always come away pleased.. until this evening.. no problem with the food, drinks were fine, atmosphere was inviting. With all that going for the place I seriously doubt we will ever step foot in there again. The server was dismissive, arrogant and generally could have cared less and it was evident.
Never once did he check back with us to see if everything was okay with our meals, we most likely would have ordered another drink.. I guess he just assumed we didn’t want desert because he never asked. We eat out often and we know the difference between what’s good, acceptable, and poor service… if this guy worked for me he’d be gone in a heartbeat.

We’ve been here many times and tonight was the absolute worst ever. I will never order from here again. Ordered AP Special and vegetarian fajitas just for me for pick up. No tortillas, the fajitas vegetables were literally overcooked and not worth even $5 (which must have been $16). Was definitely not worth the $34 paid for a meal for one person only because I wanted fajita vegs to go with the AP Special. Never again.

My first time at Pueblo Real Mexican Restaurant for quick dinner ! I’m glad I stop and grab a bite to eat, food was very tasty and hot! Well done! Waiters were very friendly! Love their Mexican food! So good!

Have eaten here before but this time the wife had a hair in the food. Bought it to their attention but no offer of reimbursement on our bill. Poor way to treat a customer. Won’t be back there again.

First time there. Jefferson and Geneva locations have been pretty good. At Conneaut the booth seats are all torn up. The salsa had zero flavor. The service was fine. They brought out food out in about five minutes but my tacos were cold as if they’d been sitting out since lunch. I feel like anyplace who brings food out that fast isn’t putting any effort into making it well.

Stopped in late at night on a 700 mile road trip. I was hungry and knew I needed a Chimichanga fix. The tres mini chimi dinner fit my profile and I ordered a nice tall cerveza with some chips and queso. The staff was friendly and served me at the sit down bar instead of taking a table or booth, my choice. The food was hot and authentic Mexican. The plate service was fast and the waiter was attentive without being overly so. I recommend this Mexican food restaurant for the weary travellers.
