I ordered buffalo wings and was given sweet & sour instead, which is a completely different sauce and flavor. I didn’t realize until I got home, and at $30 for a 15-piece, that’s extremely disappointing.
Mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a small mix-up — it changed the entire order. Unfortunately, this also isn’t the first hiccup I’ve experienced here in a short amount of time. It seems like there may be a newer employee who’s overwhelmed or flustered, and while I understand learning curves, accuracy and order checks are important — especially at this price point.
I really hope they tighten things up, because this experience left me frustrated

I got a large pepperoni pizza and 20 traditional wings. They give you extra sauce and blue cheese free of charge. They also have already made pizza and chicken wings. If you just wanna run in there and grab a slice, they also have ice cream salad, cheesecake, fresh baked goods which I will be trying next time. Overall it was pretty good. I can’t wait to go back and get some ice cream. And the prices are reasonable and they have a full menu. like mozzarella sticks, steak subs, and a bunch of other items.

Pudgies Pizza is literally my favorite pizza in the world. It has been since I was a child. It has the best pillowy airy crust and I loved how they used to wrap it in aluminum foil. Simply the Best

Pudgie’s has been around for years and never disappoints.
I’ve always said how you guys would definitely make a killing if you delivered.
On the flip side the food is so good it’s worth going to pick up.

I’ve got the say this was one of my first pizza experience in the City of Rochester. Pudgie’s pizza has amazing taste, flavor and quality of pizza.
I also tried their meatball sub and it’s out of this world. The staff is extremely friendly and if you look around it feels like a nostalgic feeling coming right over you. Highly recommended especially if your coming from a major city like NYC. Defmake a spot here if ever up in this area!

We are out of town and just visiting Rochester. First of all the service was above 5 star! The cheese pizza was so good. I love that they play good music which really sets an awesome atmosphere. I will keep coming back when I’m back in town!!!

I don’t get to come here often. I live on the other side of Rochester. But I have only received professional respectful employees. If any and only a few issues I have had they have worked to rectify them. No one is perfect. It’s always refreshing to see those that are willing to fix issues. Too many places work hard to pretend they are perfect instead of treating their customers with respect. Nice to see there are places like this. The food has always been consistent and delicious. I have nothing bad to say about any of the food I have ordered here. I have only gotten regular pizza. Pepperoni with extra cheese. Always my favorite. This so far is a place when I want it done right and tastes great. I go here.
