We had a great inexpensive family get together New Years day. My daughter and her children came up from Texas to visit and they were able to accommodate our party of 10 with no problem. The staff were very efficient and nice. The food, party pizza was amazing. Thanking them for a great experience.

Ordered pizza from here for the first time and wasn’t impressed with anything really.
The pizza was cold and I got it at 20 minute after ordering like they said and it tasted like 7-11 pizza. I got a an order of wings which was suppose to be 10 and I only got 8 but they were good. Also got an order of breaded mushrooms and they must have been done before everything because it’s was like they just came out of the refrigerator and they had no sauce with them either which was a first.
I will not be coming back here again as it was a waste of money for what it cost and will stick to other pizza places around. We typically get pizza once a week since as it’s easier for the child and he didn’t even want to eat it which is very unusual.

Came in to get some slices the only thing they had was pepperoni. one look like it was there for hours and the other one was fresh. I asked them to give me two fresh slices of pepperoni. I got one fresh and the other was like a hockey puck. Pizza scored 4 out of 10

Ordered a Snack Pack with an extra order of wings at the Canandaigua location on 11/29/25 in the evening. First time ordering from here but have been to other locations. At checkout they rang us up for a sheet pizza with 50 wings which was clearly the wrong order for $120 when $50 worth of food was actually ordered over the phone. The head of the shift talked like we were lying. Had to wait 15 extra minutes to pick up the food and there was no apology for the delay. One of the cooks from the back came out and stared at me and was shaking his head. There was a very negative mood amongst the crew the entire time we were there which made me feel like they thought I was full of crap for whatever motive they thought I had. I’ve never felt this way ordering food from anywhere. If you’re upper management reading this, you have to tell your crew to not point the finger at customers for their own mistakes. They are in the business of customer service and have to take accountability. Otherwise, the food is great like always but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Pudgies location that I have been visiting for 20 years.

Beware of the most disgusting pizza location in Canandaigua. I would give negative stars if Google would allow.
Let’s start with the owner who clearly finds joy in hunting beautiful exotic animals and has strung them all over the pizza shop. I mean, who finds happiness in hunting a zebra? This is not hunting for food, it is someone who has a deranged sense of power and control.
The actual place is falling apart. There are tiles in floor so loose anyone can trip and fall. There are enough cobwebs on the partition in the middle of the seating to see it hasn’t been cleaned in years along with overhead ceiling fans that have 1-2” of dust. Makes you wonder what the kitchen passes sanitation requirements!?
The pizza was really salty, lacked the “extra” cheese I ordered and after 30 minutes of waiting, my husband walked up to see what was taking so long and found the pizza was sitting there waiting because the gentleman was still stocking pizza boxes.
I would never return to this location again. Everything about it is absolutely horrific and I hope they go out of business.

I have always loves Pudgies since I was a child. It’s always been part of my childhood. My sister even worked as a cashier in the 90s. It has great employees and amazing food. However, I went there on March 29th as an after movie treat for my mom and children. Not to look at dead animals who didn’t deserve their fate. If they weren’t killed for food then they don’t belong there.

We ordered for the first time and the food was ok. Pasta didn’t have a lot of sauce , the fish fry had more batter than fish and the salad was brown and asked for no tomatoes but it had tomatoes in it .
