I ordered and an employee or maybe manager named Matt went out of his way to call me and let me know they couldn’t do a certain thing and that is great service if i know it. the food is pudgies quality which in my opinion is great.

We ordered the gluten free pizza based on a flyer we received in the mail. The pizza looked lackluster when I picked it up, but hey – pizza, am I right? Flavor was reminiscent of Pudgie’s sheet pizza, but the crust center was doughy and over soaked with sauce. I asked a friend who ordered from the Horseheads location and she said hers did not look like this and was delicious. Total cost for this pizza was $16.47. Pass on the gluten free pizza at this location – Anellio’s is doing it better.

My boyfriend and I decided to order subs since there was a coupon. It was buy one get one free. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak while my boyfriend got the burger sub. The cheesesteak was super greasy and lacked flavor. It was very bland and soggy. My boyfriend asked for no mayo on his sub and it came with mayo anyways. Besides that my boyfriend liked his sub, I on the other hand didn’t really like mine too much. (Corning pudgies)

The pizza i ordered was awful I got the buffalo chicken wing pizza and the pizza itself was undercooked and the chicken was over cooked.. the other pizza i got was the meat sauce pizza and was just ok. I’ve gotten these both from the horseheads location and they are 10x better. Definitely won’t be going to this location again. Also the customer service was awful no greeting when we walked in.

Paid $29.70 for a sheet pizza with extra sauce and was lucky if they put light sauce. Awful pizza please follow directions especially when you charge almost $30 for a pizza extra sauce means EXTRA sauce

I ordered a medium bacon pizza and chef salad with ham and turkey on it. Everything tastes good. Pizza was hot when delivered and the person that delivered was very friendly and nice. Will definitely be ordering from here again and trying something else on there menu and leaving another review.
