Have never had issues here before, but after today, I don’t think I’ll be returning. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered two 3-piece chicken lunches today, arrived home to find that we were missing one of the sides and 2 sodas. Tried to call back to ask about the missing food to see if we could come back and pick it up, but the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She was screaming at us and telling us that we are lying, that she gave us the food. After trying to speak to her, she would not hear us out and just kept screaming over us. She eventually hung up the phone on us. Terrible customer service, will not be returning.

Went to the East Islip location today. Ordered 12 piece chicken by itself and an order of fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were pretty good but very salty. The chicken was juicy and pretty good all of it had skin on it though Not Pudgies chicken since theirs is skinless. Service not the friendliest. Would not go back their.

Went into pudgies for the first time today. I got mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and the broccoli cheddar poppers. The broccoli cheddar poppers were the only thing with flavor, while eating them I found bacon bits I’m them.. I was not told that when I asked what they were originally and it doesn’t say that in the description of them online. The mashed potatoes were not homemade, it tastes and feels like instant mashed potatoes, very bland and no potato chunks, the gravy also tastes like instant gravy but at least it adds flavor lol. The mac and cheese smells kind of good but when I ate some it was almost completely flavorless. The dinner roll I got was good but very basic dinner roll, wasn’t warm. Overall I’m disappointed as I was looking forward to the food and to try something new, was thinking of this being the new spot to get my mac and cheese and mashed potatoes from.

I hate to be this guy but this place does not have famous fried chicken. Chicken is almost like 711 chicken tenders. Asked for honey mustard and got yellow mustard!!? If you are a fried chicken connoisseur this is not the place for you.

Chicken is always fresh and good. Sandwiches were great! Sides were delicious! (Corn on the cob & Cole slaw) We called in & went to up and it was packed and ready to go. Staff were friendly as usual!
