We ordered wings with the sauce on the side. It does not even says that on there order so when we opened it at home, the wings were tossed in the sauce. I tried one -hoping it would be a mild sauce- nope! Very spicy. We called again to let them know about their mistake-to rectify- just to being told -sorry, nothing we can do!- be aware! We will be back to Ray’s!!

Very fast service and extremely nice waitress. Food came fast and the cheesecake was excellent. I knocked off a star for atmosphere because there were some cardboard boxes sitting out where customers are and it is an older not fancy somewhat ecclectic place but that in itself can have its own charm. Later told a friend who lives local where we ate and that I had a cheesestake and he said yes that is where you have to go.

the pictures speak for themselves, honestly. the food hits every time, never fail. the service is great and the prices are fair for the quality. there’s nothing quite like a cozy local joint with somebody tearing it up on the grill and a witty lady with cat earrings at the register.

Did this establishment come under new management? I used to frequent this business many times and always got what I asked for until today. I made my order for a large mushroom cheesesteak with sauce and onions. The steak was dry and barely had any sauce and I asked for extra sauce. Might start looking for another place to.

My husband ordered a cheesesteak and these are always 5 stars 25/7. We each ordered a sm chili. Flavor ok but a little too salty. But the reason for 2 stars on this visit my sandwich was RB on rye with Russian dressing. The online and PRINTED menu in store says deli sandwiches come with lettuce, tomato and onion. My sandwich had onion only, no lettuce or tomato, and the Russian dressing was minimally applied on ONE BREAD SLICE ONLY. Whyyyy???!!? If you order online and need to order word for word what the menu says is already included, then you need to fix the online ordering menu. VERY DISAPPOINTED in my order tonight, and we order from here frequently, not to mention ALWAYS tip well. We do love the counter staff!! Great people ♥️

Oh my gosh! I was traveling from out-of-state and stopped for a steak. The pizza sauce is delish! A regular steak is two meals, and I can eat. I ordered a pizza steak but they put american cheese on it. I don’t like it on my steaks. They remade it. There I was at the airport trying to hold that monster on my lap and eat it. Brought half back to Texas. Not everything is bigger in Texas.

The lady greeted me and my sister soon as we walked in. She said we were able to sit wherever. Once we sat she took our food and drink order. The food came out fast and hot. The lady check on us while eating to make sure everything was good. I love that steak hoagie.

Called in to order the hot roast pork sandwich. When I arrived things seemed different. I didn’t recognize any of the crew behind the counter. Then I found out that it was under new ownership. I had been a customer at Pudges for over 40 years from the time when it was owned by the Carbone family in Blue Bell. I must say that the new owners did not disappoint. This was the best hot roast pork sandwich i have had in years. It was the old style sliced pork not the pulled pork crap that they use on cheaper tough cuts of pork. The pork had a great flavor and was perfectly done. I will be stopping at Pudges more often in the future.
