Unfortunately, my experience at Puccino’s Coffee was disappointing. The service was not good, and the coffee itself lacked quality. Even the cup felt poorly made, which took away from the overall experience. I expected better standards for both service and product quality.

If you’re looking for that one special coffee, you just can’t find that Starbucks this coffee house has it the original Italian coffee. Not only do they have coffee but they also have a terrific line of breakfast and lunch and Italian cookies. I think it’s a wonderful atmosphere. They have a lot to look around on the walls and all around. The help is always cheerful and ready to help. I had no problems and the weight is not long at all even for your food as well as your coffee

Just had the worst service and I normally love this place. My payment didn’t go through the first time apparently and instead of telling me when I
got my coffee or received my food, the lady at the front yelled at me from behind the counter while my mother, my baby and I was eating on the sofa. It was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable. I had more than enough money to pay. This was incredibly rude. Originally I had a tip on the order but after that treatment I paid in cash with no tip. I would do zeros stars if I could for the level of disrespect I received. Also I want to mention I am a Puccino’s regular that goes to all the locations near by frequently and this was my first time treated like this. Never going to this location again.

I loveeeee it here !!! My best friend took me here for the first time and I cannot emphasize how nice it was here. I work at a Starbucks as a supervisor and it’s very rare I go to other coffee shops but this place was stellar. It was very clean looking from the eyes of a customer, the person who greeted me was very sweet and he was working by himself.

I went into Puccino’s for the first time using a gift card I received for the holidays. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. When we walked in we were not even greeted eye contact was barely made and if it was eyes were rolled. We went to order pancakes they were out of pancakes ?? Decided to just try a coffee because I was already there at this point… Coffee was a 4.5/10 so happy I did not spend my actual money here I would never. The lady behind counter threw my straw onto the register even though my hand was clearly open for the straw and she just placed my drink and did not say “here you go” or acknowledge me. I will not be returning.

I don’t know if the morning shift has changed but now the drive through wait time is terrible. I get the same type of latte every time and over the last few weeks the latte has been made and tasted differently. Also they have handed me the wrong drink almost every time. They have to ask me order again when I get to the window, after waiting in line, and then I have to wait for my order to be made.

Such a beautiful place!! You never want to leave. It’s like it Taylor made for your enjoyment. One of the best coffee places i have ever been to. I’m still raving over the experience. It’s number 1 on my list.

What a disappointment this was for me, an avid coffee drinker and enthusiast. I decided to pop into Puccino’s one rainy day and was immediately taken aback by the eclectic decor. Everything was aesthetically appealing except for the coffee.
While the decor and atmosphere was attractive and overwhelming; the actual item I went there for (the coffee) was not. I ordered a very simple iced coffee with a double shot of expresso, a splash of cream and a flavored syrup. It was an utter disaster. The coffee tasted like cereal milk and looked like it too. I kept asking myself “did she put in my double shot of expresso?” Then it came to mind “maybe she was distracted by the overwhelming decor and missed my double shot.” The bottom line is she was overtly confused by my simple order and even forgot my pastry.
Let’s get into this pastry really quickly. First the selection of pastries was obscured. I couldn’t tell if I was observing an almond croissant or a crumbling scone. There were a few muffins to choose from and glazed twist donuts obviously bought from another location. I opted for the glazed twist and didn’t even take a bite because I was thrown off by the off balance coffee.
I love a good local coffee shop and am disappointed because I’ve been to Puccino’s several times before; just not this location. My opinion is maybe the barista needed a little more training. She was extremely polite just a little lacking in her coffee making abilities. I’ll give Puccino’s another try maybe again at this location but who knows.
