Okay so this was the first time I’ve had Greek’s pizza since I was like 17 years old at 3:30 in the morning on a dirty Ball State University street corner. While I was not sober back then I do remember that it was really good. So here’s my sober review as an adult. This pizza was pleasantly surprising and flavorful. I did the sausage pepperoni and mushroom and it was absolutely amazing! Also went with the hot wings which were just basic and they were pretty small but they had really good flavor. The pizza is a little greasy but I think that’s part of what makes it so amazing. Like that’s the sign of a good pizza when you have grease running down your chin. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back very soon.

Spent $38 for pickup thru Doordash, after arriving home we found no garlic bread after adding a full order for an upcharge. Received a half slice of tiramisu, pic included missing one bite. Chicken parmesan was simply baked chicken with pasta, scant parmesan and little sauce. Salad was big and tasty. Overall disappointing.

Yeah, I’m not sure what you think you’re making but what you’re serving is not chicken Parm! Please have your cooks review the menu and go over the ingredients if you want people to continue coming to your restaurant. The only reason we ate it is because we ordered it via DoorDash and we had nothing else for dinner. I really feel like we need to call Gordon Ramsay and get some kitchen nightmares on location. I feel like we’ve learned a lot about the back rooms at Puccini’s.

Ordered carry out from here tonight through their website. It was supposed to be ready at 7:30. My husband went to pick it up. They told him it would be another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes he went back to the register and she said it wasn’t ready. He asked if his pizza was even in the oven and she told him no. There were 8 other people waiting to pick up carry out orders before him. He was so frustrated he left without our food. He said he has never heard I’m sorry so many times at a restaurant. This is not the first time this has happened to us but this is the last time we will be ordering from here. You should not have to wait an hour for a pizza at a pizza restaurant.

I’ve been a lifelong customer of Puccini’s. Literally, I went there for my birthdays as a kid. I’m writing this review because I want them to get back on the right track. I’ve seen a decline in Puccini’s overall the past few years, but the Geist store in particular has been all over the place in terms of quality. A few weeks ago we ordered and had some of the best Puccini’s we’ve ever had. A few days ago we ordered and had some of the worst. Unfortunately, our experience as of late has trended more toward the negative side by a good margin. Up until recently I would have said Puccini’s is my favorite pizza place, period. Nowadays I would hesitate to recommend it and find myself shopping around more on pizza night. If we want Puccini’s I’ve been going out of my way to go to the Oaklandon store, which I feel is more consistent, even though I’m just a few minutes from the Geist store. This is all compounded by the fact that Puccini’s is among the most expensive pizza options in the area. Geist store, I hope you can start getting back on track!

I keep giving this place another chance and it keeps disappointing. Like others have said, the food is fine and hasn’t changed but the customer service is absolutely atrocious. We were there tonight for an hour before we got our food. We waited patiently and politely. We were either ignored, forgotten, or given excuses when we brought it up. My family insisted on staying, while I wanted to get up and walk out. All we did for the first 30 minutes was wait to order. When the food arrived we asked for a box and to pay because there was no way we would see the waitress again. Can’t imagine going back anytime soon.

Long time customer, first time reviewer. Not sure what changes have been made recently but what I received tonight was NOT chicken piccata! Just noodles, butter and unflavored chicken with a few capers. This is nothing like what I’ve had here before. Soooo disappointing. Hopefully next time the pizza will be a better option..

We come to this Puccini’s often. I’d chalk this up for the worst experience so far.
Did an online order. I guess online orders don’t synchronize the wait time according to what the real wait time is. So when I showed up at the wait time, I was told it would be another 15 – 30 mins. So I wasted gas to go back home and wait in the comfort of my home.
After returning, I waited in line and finally got to the counter. The pizzas were done but again I had to wait another 3-5 mins for breadsticks. Breadsticks were delivered but garlic bread was forgotten. I reminded that we ordered garlic bread and it was brought to the counter. No crush red pepper / parmesan offered this time, but fear not, I did not need any. I called my wife to make sure the order was paid for in full before I left. I then checked to make sure sauce was correct and we got pizza and were charged for what we ordered – cheese.
After returning home I was fortunate to get more than 12 pieces of sausage on my sausage pizza. 2.50 for a topping, fill it full of sausage or at least the correct amount.
