This is our favorite place but lately it’s becoming our least favorite. It’s sad how far it’s gone downhill. Absolutely no care for the customer or quality of their food.

This place is good 50% of the time. The other 50% the pizza is flat, hard, and missing toppings. Like they decided to stop using ingredients to save money, not understanding I’d happily pay more for a good pizza. So we order less and less, great business plan GM, way to screw your customers over until we don’t return!

Came here for the first time since moving to fishers in 2020. The place is quiet, offers a relaxed environment with a great menu.. We had pizza and it was perfectly cooked. Looking forward to many future visits.

We love Puccini’s! Whether you are craving pizza or pasta or even a calzone, you can’t go wrong with any of the choices here. We have always loved their pizza. Tonight we decided to try pasta! Each pasta dinner comes with salad and garlic bread. I had the dinner salad which was delicious & freshly made. We had garlic bread with cheese as an appetizer (pictured, but we ate two before I could snap the photo!). The jumbo ravioli was amazing and very filling! My husband loved the fettuccine & added chicken to it. The service was quick! We will definitely choose Puccini’s when craving Italian!

I’ve never actually dined in the restaurant but the decor is nice. The pizza is really good. I always opt for the campfire pizza. It is unlike any pizza I’ve ever had (and I’ve eaten a lot of pizza around the world). It is smokey and delicious. It is a wonderful treat on those days I need comfort food.

If I were just reviewing the food, it would be 5 stars. If I were just reviewing the service it would be 1 star. So I just split the difference here. My husband and I order from here occasionally and the food is always great. The ranch here is fantastic. I would eat it on anything. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For example, tonight we ordered delivery. Part of our order was wrong and part of it was missing. I called them to figure out what went wrong and the first person I spoke to was kind and offered to fix the problem, but then connected me to person who took my order who then told me that I must have just ordered it wrong. Really? I had people here to confirm that my order was correct but she insisted that I was wrong. I understand that they must have been busy, but when faced with a mistake they took zero responsibility, made no offer to correct things, and not even so much as a hint of an apology for the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, but as someone who works in customer service, that level of defensiveness and stubbornness is a great way to lose customers.
