The new changes here are exceptional! From the atmosphere to the food, the fantastic taste of the beer coming from the new lines to the overhaul on the bathrooms… you really have to stop by and check them out! They are even open for lunch now! Make sure you check out the lamb sliders, you won’t be disappointed!

The service was great, the food was pub fair with no flair. It looked tasty but only the chicken wings had something going for it. The Chicken Salad melt created chewy chicken pieces and what they call raw fries are potatoes chips but they were undercooked and not very crispy. The fish sandwich did not have the same beer batter as the fish and chips and that would have made all the difference. There are pools tables to enjoy and a nice bar for a drink. But I would not come just for the food.

As a long time patron ~20 years I am so disappointed with the new Publick House. I live in MT but grew up in Columbia. Publick House was ALWAYS my first stop for dinner and a drink when I was home for a visit. To be honest a bit of the charm was in the setting of the place. The new remodel feels unfinished, the energy felt different and it all just seems poorly thought out.

Really like PH wings but they need to adjust their wing price down to reflect todays cost. Wings went crazy high late last year but are back down now. PH went up and never came down. What a shame. I know a lot of folks that quit coming for wings just because of that.

Only been here a few times but so far, I’ve not had any complaints or issues. Drinks are cold, food is great, staff is great, prices are reasonable. Nice local pub to check out. Decent selection of beer and liquor. Fast service. Clean and well kept looking. Try them out if you’re in the area!

Would like to see more tap options but otherwise no complaints about the beer selection. Went in April 2023 for the first time in about five years and they’ve recently brightened up the interior from the dark, pub feel old-timers may be used to.

They do not have boneless wings. Asked if they could do all flat wings for my son because we literally came for boneless. $5 up charge for all flats!!! They charge extra for blue cheese or ranch, doesn’t come with the food. Absolutely ridiculous. Wings have zero flavor and the fries were luke warm. Will NEVER be back!!
