Pub Americana Melbourne is our new location modeled after our Cocoa Village restaurant. We were a scratch kitchen that uses nothing but the freshest, natural and wholesome ingredients, that we locally source as much as possible. We offered half pound gourmet blend Angus Burgers, artisan pizzettes with dough straight from Brooklyn NY. We also had fresh and funky salads and pastas. We have had to make the difficult decison to close the Downtown Melbourne location but are still happy to serve you at the original Pub Americana in Cocoa Village! We hope to find a new location in southern Brevard in the near future.

Very basic ambiance (typical for American food establishment), but great service! Our waitress was friendly and fast, as well as accurate with our order, which she did not write down when she took it, but nailed it! Prices are average for burgers, as are the serving sizes. The veggie burger was average, as well, which means it could use more seasoning for my taste. The rest of my crew also had burgers, and all said they could also be more seasoned. However, all burgers had ample, fresh toppings and sauces that added to the flavor and were good (lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.). The fries were good and crunchy, though, and the sweet potato fries were taster than most.

We wanted an outdoor light lunch place and found a perfect spot under the warm sun. And comfortable shade. The food was fine, we shared a small pizza and a salad and we enjoyed both. Perhaps, the most memorable part of the experience was the timely, cordial, respectful and energetic service. We just had to raise our head and we would have one of the servers asking what we needed and immediately bring it. The atmosphere in the outdoor area was also perfect. We will go back!!

Our new favorite local laid back grab a beer and some good food spot. The shrimp are Massive. Crab cakes are up there with some of the best I’ve ever had. We didn’t order burgers but saw several going by and the look amazing!

New place that just opened in downtown Melbourne FL. Burgers were really good, thick juicy half pound burgers. They were almost too big taking away from the other toppings on the burgers. All the burgers come with Parmesan crusted fries and your choice of unique sauces. My favorite was the sweet chili aoli sauce and the bourbon sauce that came with the sweet potato fries. Speaking of those, delicious because they add in some brown sugar which makes them taste even better. Honestly outside of the beer, which I was told was very good, the winner was the shrimp. Nice jumbo size pieces of shrimp that were very lightly breaded giving the taste more to the shrimp and able to dip it in a bang bang sauce. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the Melbourne area.

As we entered the Pub we were greeted by happy guests sitting at the bar. Having this be our first time here, it was clear we were at a pub! 🙂 We were looking for something to eat for lunch, Pub Americana delivered on food! Hangover burger, classic, and delicious ! Classic pepperoni pizza was perfect ! I would say that I ordered a cosmo and should have ordered something other than well vodka. It was a little too strong for my liking! The beer was perfect! Enjoyable atmosphere too!

The service was really good, made sure we had everything that we needed for a good experience. I got the wings. They were good, just not the best I’ve ever had. If you’re like my husband and prefer them a little more we’ll done, then you will love the way they cook them. The fries were delicious. Not sure what they do to them but they’re top tier. Mac and cheese was hot and creamy. Very good.

Order the fried pickles– they are so good — very crisp and never soggy. The burgers were to die for and were cooked to the temp we requested. The staff was friendly and attentive but not hovering. A nice selection of on tap beers. Everything fresh and flavorful!

A bar and grill with a distinctive menu. Bison chile, steak salad and other great selections. Our waitress Morgan was awesome and extremely knowledgable. Food was brought out timely and our friends were able to sample beers before buying. Food presentation was excellent. A definite thumbs up. Morgan should be promoted to manager!

Pub Americana has an easy, comfortable atmosphere, with attentive severing staff, a variety of draft craft beers, and pretty good bar/grill-type food. My Village Blues burger was tall and thick, making it awkward to eat, but still unique and tasty with their amazing lemon-honey aioli topping the bacon-gorgonzola burger. A good place, that’s a little easier going than the rest of downtown Melbourne. Jun 2022
