First visit, and showed up to order the highly recommended pizza. I had been told that they prepare it on foil similar to another establishment I had grown up enjoying – and was more than ready to try it. Yes. It brought back taste memories of the frazzle-cooked edge of the crust I longed for. The blend of cheeses was perfect and I chose pepperoni, mushroom and onions as my toppings. Which I almost always get before trying a house specialty pizza at a new-to-me restaurant. I can be dazzled by complex combinations another time – I was here to see if the pizza lived up to the claim. I most certainly was not disappointed, neither was my co-taster for the evening. If I was going to critique, I would say I want some crisp bites of pepperoni that peek above the cheese. Next time I might order double pepperoni and ask for the second helping be above the cheese. See that? I’m already planning another trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Do note that they do not accept credit cards at this time, but there is an ATM on premises. And also be prepared to lose your phone signal…. You are definitely out in the country!

I go here nearly every Wednesday for the pizza buffet. Fantastic food and great wait staff. They are always happy to see us ! I even got a piece of pie on the house for my birthday !

We tried the Saturday night salad and pizza buffet. Pizza was excellent! There were several choices, and they kept refilling. Salad bar was good and fresh! We will be back for sure! It’s nice to have something near home with several food options to choose from.

Never even made it inside. Had a sign on the door “Cash Only”. What is this 1987? Guess I should have checked before driving out that way. But we ended up at Loaded Barrell….and it was very good.

Pub 49 is located conveniently less than 10 minutes away from my parents house. It’s a great place to grab food and a cold beer. I travel the country for work and my chicken wrap was on par with many boujee restaurants that I have ate at in California, Florida, Washington, Etc.

Food is excellent and very good portion sizes! Staff is super friendly and keep a super clean environment (especially the bathrooms and for us women that is HUGE). Something on the menu for everyone. Will highly recommend to friends and families! Can’t wait to come back!
