We serve a meat and three lunch Mon.-Fri., fresh hot hamburgers, salads, soups and sandwiches! For the sports fans we have 18 T.V.’s including projector big screen! For the pool players we have free pool Sundays and Mondays and a weekly pool tournament every Wednesday. Bingo is every Sunday and Karaoke is every Tuesday and Thursday. The service was great, the drinks were good. The food was ok. The cigarette smell was awful. I would not go into this place if you don’t smoke. It needs better ventilation. Bi go was fun but pricey.

I love the great entertainment this place has, BUT, I cannot go here because of the cigarette smoke. Not everyone smokes and I don’t want to smell like it and more importantly I can’t breathe in there or the next week. There should be an outdoor area to smoke and not inside. It’s too closed up and ventilation is not good.

The veggie plate was vegetarian and above average. Actually okra was crisp, the tomatoes nicely acidic with a yummy crust, and the squash buttery with slightly burnt spots. I would have a hard time making any of those three as tasty as they were. The price for unsweetened tea and veggie plate must have got stuck in the early 2000s. I was very pleasantly surprised. Where is the 5th star? Hmmm .. I am not used to smoking restaurants anymore. The smell of my hair and clothing bothered me for a couple of hours.

I would come more often and would bring more people if they would make this a non smoking bar. They host great events but it deters people who have asthma and people who don’t smoke. For those who smoke, they have a perfectly nice patio area that can be used but none of the smokers really utilize it.

I’ve been going to Pub 261 (aka “Pub” by regulars) for several years. The biggest reasons that my friends and I go is for pool and karaoke. It’s a great place for both. They’ve got good bar food and a larger than average selection of draft beer. It’s a great go to spot. Go Thursday night for karaoke and tip Joe the DJ. He’s the best!
