Waitress took our order, got our drinks right away and said “your pizza will be out in about 10 minutes” 45 minutes later no pizza so we get up and ask her “oh they gave your pizza to another table I will tell them to expedite an pizza” another 30 minutes later no pizza… The manager I belive not sure though (can’t remember his name) but every-time I’ve been there he’s been excellent and friendly. Gave me the money back for the pizza and gave us the vouchers. I can say that not all the staff is bad but some of them, I think they need to switch to different fields…

On 4/14/25, my fourth visit, spent my $ limit, ordered a pop, bartender told price @$2.50 per can. On way home, realized I got charged $6 too much for a root beer,! The bartender tipped himself wo asking me! Followed me into women’s, after pounded on door & entered to holler telling meme leave, now!
Most prejudiced bartender ever! I want my $3.50 returned! Unauthorized

Bingo is always going, which I appreciate. Place is big, drinks are decently priced. Live music was good when we went the time before last. Quite a few pull tab machines to lose you money on, and it’s in a great location. We like this place.

My first time ever coming here and it was nice. The bar tender was very attentive and polite. The woman with short brown hair behind the pull tabs was a mega Karen and super rude. Asked her a question and she acted like it was the end of the world so I walked away. She later came over to me and said I couldn’t have my water in the bar and asked me to have it behind the bar so I decided to leave. The other worker and manager said nothing to me about my water. Must’ve been a bad day for her because she was awful and made me so uncomfortable.

Hard to have a good time when they play old depressing music. My friend and I played songs but they all got skipped. Waste of money and time. NEVER GOING BACK. Didn’t realize that this is a geriatric bar, I wonder which nursing home lets the residents out until bar close.

We only stayed in Bismarck for one night on our way to Medora. We stopped here for some drinks. We were only going to stay for a bit but ended up staying for hours. They have lots to do. They have bingo, slots, games for kids, a pig wheel and blackjack. All were really fun. The drinks were reasonably priced and the staff was super nice and fun.

We enjoyed galactic bingo on Saturday night but did have a couple constructive comments. Waitresses wore no uniforms so you really couldn’t tell who was working or not, but they didn’t stop at our table until we got thier attention after a few tries.
Galactic bingo was fun, music was a bit loud at times to pick out what announcer was saying as far as instructions some times but we stumbled through it.
They stopped serving food when we asked about a pizza at 9 so we went next door to pizza hut to get pizza, would have preferred to give pub 21 our business though.
It ended up being about 81* in there by the time we left, it was extremely hot outside but the building owner should address the A/C deficiency.
