Great restaurant with amazing food. Customer service is superior, person at the front is very nice. We ordered the salt and pepper pork, char siu, and crab rangoon. Food is delectable. Atmosphere feels like home. Definitely recommend giving this place a visit.

Saturday afternoon ordered two specials from the lunch menu and a large pork fried rice. Received order by delivery one hour later should’ve taken the red flags when I was placed on hold four times. Received the food and proceed to open up items for lunch. Got my plate ready sat down turned on the show and started eating notice that when I had ordered, I stated to have everything well done. With that said it wasn’t. I let it slide as I was starving proceeded to eat my lunch. Chicken fingers were crunchy and I don’t mean the batter that is on them. The chicken itself was that crunchy chicken. The boneless spare ribs were all gristle.& inedible. The chicken wings were not well done and tasted like they were reheated. My pork fried rice was so white there was big chunks of white rice. There it was Mushy and inedible. I’ve been ordering from this place for years. And the decline of their food that they put out is atrocious. This wasn’t the first time I’ve gotten a meal that’s not up to par with their standards. This is more like the fourth or fifth time, and I refuse to order from them ever again. Putting this review up was my last stand to protect anybody that orders from their going forwardly. Be aware order from somewhere else. You might end up with a better meal there than here.

I gave this place a second chance because of the high rating but it was a miss again. The food isn’t good to me at all. The last thing I ordered was salt and pepper shrimp and crab Rangoon and it was the worst I’ve had. The shrimp was encased in this very chewy dough. There was so much dough I had to take some it off. The crab Rangoon was dry and flavorless. The staff is nice though.

I’m sorry to do this, but it must be done. I have been a long-time customer of the PuPu and it’s because I have always (since the 70’s) enjoyed their food. However, on my last two visits, the food has been abominable. I got Chicken Chow Mein and three egg rolls. The chicken chow mein had a green vegetable (maybe boychoy or green bell pepper) (cut Julienne) that was unchewable, and there was also something much the same in the egg rolls. It seems there has been a change of ownership and not for the better. I sincerely hope management tastes these items and makes corrections. Service was very good, and the man (perhaps the owner) gave me a break for ordering the Luncheon Special after 2:30 (use to be 3:30).

When I picked up the food the smell was so bad as I was driving with it in my car that i had to Roll down the windows because it was making me nauseous. It smelled like food fried in rancid oil. I tried a bite of egg roll and a Peking ravioli then threw away 65 dollars worth of Chinese food because it tasted so old and bad. The guy at the front of the house was nice….

Not bad. We got the orange chicken, general tso chicken, veggie lo mein, and crab Rangoon. The orange chicken was better than the general tso, but all the chicken was mostly breading and idk if it had a weird taste or smell to it. Not a place I would return.

Very delicious foods since the owner son took over the customer service, I love their sweet and sour soup, beef teriyaki, crab Rangoon, beef chow foon… the foods were so good now.
