PT’s Ranch is not full cowboy. We don’t want to be full cowboy. Full cowboy is chili from a can and rotgut from a flask. Instead, we have hearty southwestern food made in a kitchen, not a chuckwagon, and top-of-the-line cocktails and chilled beer on tap. We’re ranch chic with a twist – instead of hunting trophies, our wood-paneled walls are home to distinguished paintings of rabbits in Edwardian suits and goats in Victorian dresses. (Yup. It’s cool. Go with it.) Grab a drink, catch a game and play some pool somewhere a little different. PT’s Ranch. Not full cowboy, but damn we look good in suede.

Went in for a meeting, had lunch. The grilled chicken quesadilla was quite good. Large and cheesy, full of ingredients. The salsa was satisfactory but seemed like it was missing something.
The service was ok, girl was quick to set food, but didn’t see her after that.

Solid menu, good options and choices. I started with the bacon wrapped jalapeños and it was amazing. Ended with the Cobb salad which was also great. Service was excellent even on Christmas day.

I honestly was not sure about coming here because of someone’s review of this being a republican bar, but I’m very glad we didn’t listen to that review and tried it out. I came here with my husband and John was the bartender working. It was a slow night but he was very kind and attentive, nice decor and atmosphere, good food. The only complaint I have is the women’s restroom did smell but other than that we had a good time. Definitely will be back to this location.

when i asked for a second drink (had already played over $100 that i won), aurora said my initial $15 that i put in wasn’t enough for a second drink, and that she’d already started a tab for me. can’t think of any PT’s or gaming bar that’s not where homeless people frequent that acts like this. so either she assumed i was transient (homeless) or she assumed i was poor, and either way didn’t want to serve me. well, that’s fine. i’m a former bartender, and i hope the $10 tip i was going to leave doesn’t eat too much of a hole in her pocket. thanks aurora for a whimsical experience!
