The food is just okay — nothing terrible, but not the highest quality either. It’s comparable to other Pho spots in the area at the same price point, but nothing stands out. What really hurts this place is the overall experience. The floor is consistently sticky every time I visit, which is hard to overlook. I’ve gone during both busy and slow hours, and the service never rises above a two-star level. It’s slow and inattentive, regardless of how crowded the restaurant is. The only upside while waiting is having TVs to keep you occupied.
I don’t necessarily blame the young waitstaff for this. The issue seems to fall more on management for not setting clear service standards or providing proper training to deliver the kind of quality service that actually makes customers want to come back.
Honestly, there are other Pho restaurants offering the same quality food at the same prices, but with much better service. At this point, I just can’t give this place another chance — I’ll be going elsewhere.
Side note for transparency: Although the restaurant closes at 11 p.m., dine-in service stops at 10 p.m., and it becomes takeout only after that. There are no signs posted to inform customers, which can be frustrating for some. Hopefully management addresses this by posting it on the door or online, as it would help set clearer expectations.
It took 30 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us. Our waters were forgotten entirely, so I ended up eating my meal without a drink. That alone would’ve been frustrating — but it’s part of a pattern here.
On previous visits, the pho has been inconsistent and disappointing. The broth has arrived lukewarm. The noodles have been starchy and overly thick. I’ve been served undercooked meat. The vegetables have come out mushy, brown, and clearly overcooked. The quality control is simply not there.
To make matters worse, I’ve also experienced multiple charges on my card because their payment system “wasn’t working.” That’s unacceptable.
This restaurant desperately needs better standards and stronger management. I’ve tried to be patient, but I’m officially done giving this place chances.
We have called multiple times before closing to ask what time they stop doing dine-in. Every single time, we are given a different answer. And every single time we arrive within the time they told us, we’re suddenly informed that they’re no longer seating dine-in and that the restaurant is closing.
This has happened on multiple occasions. One time, I drove from quite far specifically because they told us we’d be fine to dine in only to be turned away at the door. That’s incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate.
On top of that, after repeated mistakes with food quality, service delays, billing issues, and inconsistent hours, there has never once been an attempt to make things right. No effort to seat us after confusion. No gesture of goodwill. No apology beyond “let me call the manager.”
Calling the manager every time something goes wrong isn’t a solution it’s a sign that the staff is either unsupported or untrained.
At this point, it’s clear there’s a lack of communication, organization, and management standards. We’ve given this place multiple chances. We won’t be returning.
we answered yes , as soon as she grabbed the menus , she literally THREW/ TOSSED the menus at OUR table before sitting us down like if we’re treated like dogs.
Noticed she gave us a dirty look as well as soon as we saw how she tossed the menus to the table we thought about dining in and just left . Completely understand if she was having a bad day but taking her anger out on customers like animals should be okay. Customer service 0/10.
Place was a little warm for me. They have a cooling fan that they were adding ice water too.

I did not care for the (1a) Thai Tea with boba… never had it before but you might like it!
Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and concerning. Since Valerie was promoted to General Manager and her sister began working there, the level of professionalism has noticeably declined. Her sister has been consistently rude not only to me, but to other staff as well, which has impacted the overall experience.
When I attempted to address the issue by asking to speak with Valerie, my call was abruptly hung up. After that, my calls were no longer answered. I was later told by Tony (who was professional and kind enough to call me back) that Valerie made the decision to refuse me service entirely — without explanation — despite my long history as a loyal, paying customer.
Being banned as a customer without cause, conversation, or accountability is unacceptable and reflects poorly on management. I hope the owner sees this and takes a closer look at how this location is being managed, as long-time customers should not be treated this way.
You have to dine in, if you get it to go it isn’t as good.
