The Psariston fish taverna was my favourite location for having fantastic greek food with fish and seafood. For many many years, I always enjoyed the stay there with our business partners.

I thought i would never say this for a place but i will. It’s in the middle of nowhere but it s by far the best sea food you can have in Athens. If you have a chance to go there and visit it don’t miss it. The best seafood restaurant ny far. Every dish is just amazing. The prices are well suited for the quality of food you get. I will definitely come back again.

I was today at this amazing place. I have no words to describe the delicacy and good taste of this restaurant. I recommend everybody to visit this place. You won’t regret it.
Besides of the amazing food , the people are really nice. I won’t forget this food experience… if I could give 10 stars, I would do. The chef creates and fuse different world kitchens to an incredible style. Left this place so satisfied… go and try yourselves. Best Greek experience!! Thank you

The very great experience there!
As far as we heard one of the best fish restaurants in Iraklio area.
Honestly the rumors turned to be true. 🙂
Great tsipura fish, wonderful shrimps.
Greek salad is good everywhere in Greece.
Restaurant is nothing special but the atmosphere, food and whole touch with sea food was amazing for me.
Definitely a place to step by.
Enjoy!

Pasta with shrimps is good and fresh fish carpaccio as well! Overcooked scallops.
Uncomfortable chairs and noisy environment.

This place had been on my list for a long time, and I finally went there last Friday evening. We ordered 6–7 dishes in total, including appetizers and main courses. Even though we told them we were ready, it took about 10–15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Two of the appetizers arrived, but we had to leave urgently and wanted to cancel the remaining dishes. However, they said cancellation was not possible and added all the items to the bill. The taste was not above average, but the prices definitely were. On top of that, the poor service and the fact that they charged us for dishes we didn’t even eat made the experience even worse. I definitely don’t recommend this place — there are far better restaurants in terms of price and performance.

My first visit to this off-the-beaten-path seafood taverna has highly pleasurable. The staff is very friendly, polite and accommodating and there is ample space for indoor and partially outdoor seating. The food itself was mostly excellent. Massive highlights were the butterfish & red cabbage shiso leaves rolls (a very innovative Asian/Greek ingredient combination) which left me wanting to come back for more, as did the raw tuna tacos version on offer (a Mexican/Greek fusion dish). The fried fish roe with herbs i found way too salty for my tastebuds, but the off-the-menu spicy shrimp dish compensated. All in all a really good experience and I’ll definitely be coming back to sample the rest of the menu before I can form a more complete opinion/review.

Psariston salad is really tasty, tempura fried octopus sthg unique – paella was really above expectations . They could do better with their wine list, limited , and even from this many labels were out of stock
