We are a small family owned food trailer/catering business established in 2018 in a very small town in Oregon called Lakeview. We started with just a small food trailer business open for lunch and got so popular that we moved to doing prime rib dinners twice a month at a local bar in town and that has just boomed for us! Word got out and now we do more events like weddings, graduations, family functions and much more! The trailer is not up and running at the moment but will be very soon so stay tuned for updates!

Dang! 5.0 reviews are rare birds, and this place more than earned it. Tri-tip sandwich is a masterclass in meat smoking, baking and proprtions. Perfectly balanced, generous portion, and extremely friendly and kind staff. This will be a regular stop for me. Thank you, all!
