Ignore any 1 star reviews! This small business is incredible! The Macarons are so delicious, I can’t even explain in words. You have to try them and word to the wise, you’ll be HOOKED! I’m so sad I moved away and can’t just stop by whenever I could to get them! And as my photo shows the Vanilla Latte go great with a Dunkin Iced Coffee! Check out their Facebook for any and all updates, they are very good about it!

Of all the macrons I’ve had these are hands down the best. I was introduced to these at Bagleys for a wine and macaron pairing and immediately needed more. Always a large selection of flavors. So good that I’ve debated driving the two hour distance from me just for the macarons!

I received a gift card from a family member. I stopped at their shop to use the gift card, and was told it was expired. There was nothing on the gift card stating it had an expiration date. I tried to (nicely) argue this point with the owners. The male was quite insulting at times. I believe a gift card should never expire. You give the business money for a service or product, and of course you expect to receive it. On the counter at the bakery, there was a 3 X 5, handwritten note, stating their gift cards e pire after one year. Not adequate! Very disappointed in my experience. I will never return there. I advised the owners I would file a complaint with the BBB. Very bad business strategy for a small business.

I called P’s macarons desperate to order cupcakes for my daughters birthday at school. I called on a Friday and needed them for the following Tuesday. Every other place i called didnt do the type of cupcakes i wanted or it was way to late to order for them to be done on time. Danielle, even though she doesn’t really make cupcakes, was so kind and said she’d do it. There was a red dye allergy in my daughters classroom and she made the frosting pink using dried fruit and strawberries to accomodate that. The frosting was an 100/10. The cupcakes itself was so moist and airy it was difficult to not eat them all. She was so sweet and kind and even delivered them straight to me so I didn’t have to take my sick child out in the cold. Wonderful experience with a small business.
The pricing, I thought, was generous but I would pay way more if i had to for the quality of the cupcakes and the person making them.

I want to start by saying Dani’s macarons are the best around, so much so I took advantage of ordering them from FL when I moved. I will be happy to amend this review if things are rectified and I hate to do this in the first place but I’m not sure how else to get attention.

I ordered the holiday subscription box for Halloween, thanksgiving, and Christmas which cost over $100. The Halloween box came after the holiday and mine were pretty smashed up. I didn’t fault any of this as I know how busy this business keeps the family running it and it’s also not their fault transit with USPS damaged the macarons.

We’ve now surpassed Thanksgiving and I’ve heard nothing about the box. Being marketed as coming the week of the holiday, I’m now frustrated. I left a comment on the latest post about the subscription boxes asking about November with no answer. I also sent a DM explaining the circumstance and inquiring about a partial refund and cancellation of November and December boxes since it doesn’t make sense to receive them after the holiday, let alone damaged. It’s been 3 business days with no reply so here I am. For something I spent $100+ on this is not what I would expect and I would hate to see others wondering if/when their orders will be fulfilled.

Love the Macarons, but the customer service here is awful. You can’t rely on their business hours as there is always something going on with their family, and they never have backup for the store. They do a yearly black Friday sale but make it almost impossible to actually pick them up. When I came to pick up a dozen that I had previously bought, Dani actually acted upset and told her worker not to put them in a box because I didn’t pay full price. A friend of mine ordered a dozen for my birthday this new year and the owner had to close early again and ended up putting the box outside off the property and when she couldn’t find it, the owner was unresponsive and then blamed her for not being able to find it, was completely unapologetic, and blocked her so she couldn’t follow up with her. I could keep going with several other encounters with the owner Dani and her extremely unprofessional interactions with constant “excuses” and never a true apology, but this is long enough. She should stay in the kitchen and hire someone else to run the shop, or they will keep losing business, as she lost two this weekend.

Edited to add that most of this business owner’s claims of me are false. She’s mixing up another customer with me, I’ve been to her store within the last year but have never asked for anything special, just bought out of the case and since I was with my friend when she started basically calling her stupid for not being able to find the product she purchased, I’m fully aware of the situation. Never have I tried to hurt her business before, I’ve actually sent business her way, but I’ve given her personal feedback before I finally had enough and made this review and I see that she has a history of guilt tripping bad reviewers to change their review and she has harassed me all day today after making this review.

Edit to now add that the owner is threatening myself and my friend if I don’t take this review down. I have not responded and have blocked the owner in any way that I can. I stand by my review, and never in my life have I seen such behavior from a business owner over one review.

Best macarons I have had. I specifically order from Dani and Coleman even though I live in Florida as I cannot find macarons anywhere near as delicious or a place that treats their customers as well. They are a true small business and family run business who care about every single person that enters their shops or buys from them from afar. It cannot get better than that. You will not be disappointed by any of their products!
