The guys at PRUF are so invested and inventive – their NY style and Detroit pizzas highlight the breadth of their commitment to this craft. I will definitely incorporate as many visits to PRUF as possible the next time I’m visiting family in Montrose. They are leveling up the food scene there in a major way. I was also blown away by their pinwheels at the farmers market, and the burgers looked amazing too. They’re all so friendly too. Thanks for the great food guys!

Thank God above montrose finally got some.pizza worth eating!@! thr pi-za was fantastic!!! the fermentation really came through in th3 crust while the sauce was perfectly tasty without the uncomfortably painful heartburn of most pizza sauce. I was fortunate enough to be a le to taste th3 supreme and the cheese pizza thanks to my hard working handsome cat son as this pie was pretty pricey and well out of my budget this year 🙁 still it was well worth th3 cost! thr texture and thr flavors were done so.right and I would definitely recommend to serous pizza lovers on th3 western slope! apparently these guys know customer service as well.as pizza because we did encounter a mistake with our order and these guys instantly and appropriately remedied th3 situation with kindness and courtesy although I was super disappointed to have gotten out of there without the pepper flakes as rhey are homemade blend made by the guys but will definitely try if I am fortunate enough to get the chance again. way to go pruf pizza!!!!!

Everything about this pizza is perfect. I really liked the taste of the pepperoni, my wife’s favorite thing was the crispy crust. I’m not a ranch-on-pizza person, but she said it was amazing, and that it’s hard to find ranch that good.
