Had such an amazing dinner here. Food, staff, atmosphere were all top tier. Please come and try the beef karee pot pie, short rib curry and lychee martini you will definitely be back. The deep yummy flavors left us yummmming out the door lol. Our server Bew was an absolute sweet heart and was very attentive to our needs. The drinks were great and I was presently surprised with the mocktail we ordered. Please give them a try you will not regret it!

This is a very lovely Thai restaurant. The service is top notch, very attentive waiters and they are so sweet and friendly. Food got to us very fast and was very fresh and hot! The green curry was very spicy, so be prepared! Personally was obsessed with the Thai tea, theirs especially has a lovely smoky flavor that is so unique and fun to drink!

We celebrated our friend’s birthday at Pru for the first time, and we had such a great experience. Kelly gave us amazing service and really made us feel taken care of.

The Thai tea was so good, and everything we ordered was delicious. The papaya salad was the standout. The catfish was a bit too spicy for us but still flavorful, if I ever get it again it will have to be way toned down in spice level.

We also loved the beef curry with roti, the spring rolls, and the tuna tartare. I even ordered the beef penang to go, and that was delicious too.

I’d honestly come back just for Kelly, the Thai tea, the papaya salad, and the curry. The ambiance and service were great, and they took such good care of us. Highly recommend!

We went around 5 with reservation. We were able to sit but we’re given a time limit due to reservations ironically it was almost as empty when we left as it was when we got there. Moral of story: make a reservation. The staff is very friendly and offered, still or sparkling water upon seating. They also have house water. The drinks were ok, the rolls were a nice crunch and flavor, the pot pie was AMAZING. Who knew curry and beef in a pie was so good. The cashew chicken was perfectly seasoned and crisp. Apparently their menu changes so you may see photos or video of something that is no longer there. The ambiance is nice but in the back sort of a stowaway feel. Gratuity of 18% is added to your check.

Tried this Thai place from a friend’s recommendation and am glad I did. Had the pad thai, and cashew chicken – both are delicious and taste authentic. I had the hot level spice, and it was spicy! They also had it at Thai level spicy if you can’t handle that. Place is cozy and welcoming as are the staff. This is a sister restaurant to excellent Nahm Thai off Windward Parkway, and the executive chef came from there. Highly recommended!

First time here. Ordered take out. Live close by, hoping for the best. Had a Mai Tai (decent mix) while waiting for my order. My order was complete correct as ordered. The spring rolls were mediocre, especially for the price point. The chicken panang was very good, but spicy for a mild order.
Overall, I’d return for a dine in experience.

I ordered the red curry duck (Thai hot) for takeout, and it was so good. It came with white rice, and the flavor was perfect. Even though it took me almost an hour to get home, after reheating it still tasted amazing.

The duck texture was perfect—not too soft and definitely not tough, even after reheating. The pineapple and cherry tomatoes were still fresh and balanced the curry really well. The duck was also cut into perfect bite-sized pieces, which made it easy and enjoyable to eat.

The curry tasted authentic and well-seasoned, like it was made from Thailand, and the Thai hot spice level was genuinely spicy, just as requested. Packaging was handled thoughtfully and securely.

The only small thing I would wish for is a little more rice, especially compared to the generous portion of curry. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Overall, I’m very happy with this order and will definitely come back again!!

I visited Pru Thai Restaurant around 5 pm after seeing good reviews and decided to give it a try. We ordered chicken satay, Thai basil fried rice with chicken, and Thai iced tea. I specifically requested that the vegetables in the basil fried rice be well cooked.
The chicken satay and Thai iced tea were fine. Unfortunately, the Thai basil fried rice was terrible. I couldn’t eat it at all. The chicken was extremely tough and rubbery, and the vegetables were still undercooked despite my request
When I told the staff that I couldn’t eat the dish, they didn’t offer to replace it or suggest an alternative. We still paid the full bill and had to go to another restaurant because we were hungry.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place

The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. However, the Som Tam (papaya salad) was saltier than I’ve had in other places. Despite this, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Had really amazing experience at Pru. Our server, Funny, is really friendly and helpful. Recommend- Beef Stew Curry with Puff pastry, Papaya Salad, and Red Curry. The food portions are quite big. Tried some signature cocktails: Maitai and Siam Coco – both rum base both delicious. Will come back to try other dishes.
